Are these boxers Hall of Fame worthy?

Roy did get caught, yes. He got caught for a substance that helps one cut weight, which is a no no... I agree completely. But in the view of an individual who's views on cheating can vary on if the individual cheated with intention to harm because of the fear of a lose and an individual who needed the little extra help to cut weight and regrets the use. Margarita to this day denies the use of the gloves but his own train said he knew!!! Who looked more the scape goat a man who ran and denies or the man who took most the punishment and yet confessed. Yeah. Seems like Balboa's career has been largely forgotten. His fights with Creed where instant classics. I think his best win was Drago. He was a monster. And Balboa travelled the globe to do it! Awesome. LOL He's in the category with writers, announcers etc. Rocky movies had a big impact on boxing's popularity in the early 80s. No issues with him being in as a non-participant. Lots of Halls recognize outside contributions. Some people act like he's in the same section as Robinson.

IMO. chris john could have been a bonafide first ballot hall of famer but he didnt go after it enough. if margarito gets in it would be disgraceful, i personally like a lot about him but c'mon!

Give me a ****ing break. well i have seen the fight and thought jmm won. if you look at a lot of polls most people think marquez won. john did almost nothing in that fight. he fought like sven ottke fighting not to get knocked out. i guess thats outboxing? even if he did beat marquez that wouldn't be close to enough to get in the hall.

Knowing the boxing HOF half or more of them will get in. The boxing hall is a joke and we all know it. Maybe Casamayor or Hatton but I personally would not induct either. Yes, the standards of the boxing Hall are too low.

margarito will never sniff the hall of fame. loading gloves pulls your card. neither will chris john. i really hope the rest won't either. i'm confident that hatton will get in, but i wouldn't vote for him.

100% correct, if stallone can make it why not real boxers? Using your logic any boxer on the planet should be in the hall of fame. Stallone had a huge impact on boxing, that's why he's in. He's helped boxing like few other elite boxers ever have. You don't have to win belts in order to get into the hall of fame so this is stupid to even argue about. Anyway, HELL NO to all of them. Margarito should be in the Hall Of Shame.
