Can anybody imagine Broner just standing in front of Matthysse with his poor shoulder roll shaking his head and smiling as Matthysse pounds him? He did pretty much the same thing against Maidana.

Matthysse is very similar to Maidana but he is faster and more accurate with his combinations. Maidana almost KOed Broner and Matthysse will finish the job. Broner couldn't KO Khan's leftovers so he can't hurt Lucas.Broner is not a big puncher at 140. Lucas is a great puncher with both hands and one of the best finishers in boxing.

There's no point in doing this fight to me. It would be the end of Broner's career. I would like to see Broner improve and that fight won't help. I want Lucas against Herrera or Garcia for a title.

I'd love to see it. Maybe Broner takes the fight seeing as how Danny Garcia was able to outbox Matthysse and Matthysse was at war with Molina Jr. Matthysse has been softened up a bit and he'll be 32 this year. Matthysse vs Broner on the Mayweather September undercard would be awesome.
