1. Maidana 2. Mayweather 3. This was the closest round to me. I can see it either way. I gave it to Maidana this time. 4. Maidana 5. Maidana 6. Mayweather 7. Mayweather 8. Maidana 9. Mayweather 10. Mayweather 11. Mayweather 12. Mayweather 115-113 Mayweather Maidana looked a little better after watching it again. I still think Floyd completely took over the fight in round 6 with the exception of round 8. He looked very uncomfortable in there and Maidana was definitely impressive. Maidana supporters are scoring ineffective aggression in 10-12 to me. He was missing nearly all of those punches, while Floyd was landing clean counters. Yes Floyd held and *****ed, but he landed the cleaner punches period. 116-112 for Floyd is possible to me if you give him the third...To the people arguing over the 4th round that was a clear Maidana round. He just outworked Floyd in that round.

Round 1 - Maidana Round 2 - Mayweather Round 3 - Maidana Round 4 - Mayweather Round 5 - Maidana Round 6 - Mayweather Round 7 - Mayweather Round 8 - Maidana Round 9 - Mayweather Round 10 - Mayweather Round 11 - Mayweather Round 12 - Mayweather The first half was interesting but Floyd took over in 6 and 7 and I could have easily given him round 8 as well. Floyd lets his hands go and lands a nice combo that could have easily stole him round 8. However I gave it to Madiana even though the low blow in the middle of that round was the turning point. Round 9 is when Floyd really started controlling the fight and was making Maidana miss and look bad doing it. It was cringeworthy watching Maidana throw his punches at this point. Let alone lead with his head and hitting below the belt. Overall Maidana was getting tagged pretty badly in the later rounds and lost 9, 10, 11 and 12 worse than any of the other rounds. 116 - 112. Mayweather.

117-111 Floyd Mayweather, Great fight I can watch it over and over and enjoy it like the first time. I had it 116-112 first time I watched it, my subsequent viewings however made me realize it's wider. Chino was the one initiating clinches when he came in, holding Mayweather practically with one arm and putting his head down. Hugging Mayweather constantly, Mayweather only clinched 4 times in the fight, Chino initiated clinches, and you can see him get frustrated several times throughout the fight to hold on Mayweather. He pulled several MMA moves, try to twist Mayweather elbow, tackle him, knee him, wrap an arm around him while mauling his head in his face. Those were his only effective offense and he still didn't land clean. Round 1: Chino (close round if you actually pay attention, those over hand rights should had been killer blows but Mayweather didn't touched. It looked pretty tho) Round 2: Floyd ( Maidana only got 4 shots on the ropes, other than Mayweather was tagging with the jab easily and having his way sometimes with sporadic combos.) Round 3: Floyd (It looked like Maidana landed those two uppercuts but they completely missed, and nothing landed clean or at all, Mayweather scored the better shots and combinations off the ropes where he had plenty of time half of the round.) Round 4: Floyd (Obvious Mayweather round, Maidana missed practically everything that he was given credit for, Mayweather guard was great and he got his own combinations off where Chino got his butt off in when Mayweather was throwing a 3 punch combination starting from Chino body. That's the only damage Chino inflicted. Chino kept clinching the whole round and that gave Floyd oppurtunity to control the clinch and rub the blood out his eye.. This round showed me how easy Floyd could had made this fight, he could had shut Maidana out. He's in the middle of this guy onslaught and he rubs his eye, lands an uppercut, drifts off tie both his arms up and then thow a 1-2 combination.. Beautiful) Round 5: Maidana ( close round but to me I think Maidana threw the cleaner blows although he tried to do a muay thai knee, and Mayweather threw some mean stuff in that round and also Al Bernstein was calling some shots that didn't land) Round 6: Mayweather ( Maidana started out good with the same mauling tactics but those last 60 seconds was all beautiful work by Mayweather) Round 7: Mayweather ( Beautiful work with the right hand and Maidana was swinging for nothing and less than he did previously) Round 8: Maidana ( It was actually very close and I think you can score this for Mayweather as well, kind of want to say draw but I hate even rounds so I give it to Maidana due to his activity in the last 20 seconds, although it was only dick shots) Round 9: Mayweather ( Delivering Maidana multiple orders of combos) Round 10: Mayweather ( Pull counters snapping that neck back) Round 11: Mayweather ( Easily Mayweather especially with those two clean hard shots at the end, Maidana smothered his own shots in the clinch and got frustrated so did that tackle but Mayweather did the sharper work) Round 12: Mayweather ( Maidana kept clinching and did nothing besides taking shots). Just watched this a 5th time and posted my live score here... 117-111 The bold, that's what I saw as well. Every notable punch that round came from Mayweather, all I saw was two to three good body shots from Maidana and a couple of glancing blows to the head. That doesn't equate to the 4-5 counter left hook to the head, lead left to the body, 3 punch combination out of the ropes and the two counter right uppercuts that snapped Chino's head. That was one of the clearest Mayweather rounds that many are giving to Maidana for who knows what reason. Your right about the clinches too, Maidana did hold a lot, it's more like this...Mayweather initiated the clinch at times to create room on the inside but Maidana held on because he didn't want Mayweather to utilize his short right uppercut to the midsection which was smart.

I gave round 11 to Maidana....Mayweather landed a good shot at the end of the round....but Maidana hit him a little more.. Round 12 to Floyd..... 116-112 Mayweather......

115-113 Maidana Floyd looked very uncomfortable the first half of the fight. He made some adjustments in second half but overall was outworked. Maidanas jab was very impressive

4th round neither fighter really did anything.....I give it to Maidana...he landed some shots...Floyd landed cleaner shots but not enough for me to give him the round...I can see how you can give it to Floyd though... 2-2

I'm rewatching and rescoring right now.... Starting the 4th round...I have it 2-1 Floyd.. 1-M 2-F 3-F

Maidana: 1, 4, 5, 6, 8, 12 Floyd: 2, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11 Close Close rds, 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12 LOL @ anyone saying this was clear cut.
