When your favorite fighter lost their 1st fight, How did you react or feel?

When Montiel was destroyed by Donaire I felt pretty sad. Montiel was on a beast streak, I thought he had a good chance. Hernan Marquez losing to Viloria was also pretty upsetting.

Look on the bright side....floyd aint losing...except by ko.like jones Something I learned is once some one on their level loses it has to.be a ko....add that money.is a lil bit more technically sound than the unorthodox jones....you are ok Some fighters are just too.good to lose a decision in their prime or even near it....jones was 35 mayweather is 37 he not jumping amd dropping 20+ pound's like jones This is good stuff.

never seen BHop fight, just heard his name buzzing in the streets at this time....he was speaking at a youth program I just so happened to be in when I was a young boy!....he was ALREADY MW champ.....from the advice and knowledge he gave that day, he became my fav fighter....plus he was from my neighborhood first L I saw him take was against JT.....I remember being pissed!!...mad as f*ck for long time afterwards...I have mad luv for JT TODAY, but back then, I hated his guts and the judges who gave him the fight!! rematch, I was pissed at BHop for being egoistical and fighting almost the SAME fight...stubborn OG!!...so yea, I felt MAD every time BHop lost except for the Dawson fight....felt sad, was there live....watching him go back to the dressing room after being CONVINCINGLY beaten for the first time since I've been a LOYAL member of the base was kinda emotional for the kid :lol1:....thought that was the end for sure!! Yet B-Hop raised from the ash like the great Phoenix,and is still kicking..The old goat..Wish Mosley could have done that,but hey what ya going to do..

Jones lost before that. Being dq for knocking your opponent the **** out is not a loss... His first loss was vs tracer via ko

My fighters lose all the time, that's what fighters do, sometimes they win, some times they loose, sometimes they draw. I feel for the guys and hope they can bounce back but other than that, no biggie

Call me stupid but I was surprised when Broner got raped by Maidana i was shocked too,, lol i really wanted broner to win. he was on his way to PPV no doubt but maidana spoiled it

I was a big roy fan but i wasnt shocked tarver beat him (knockout was a shock) because truly i felt tarver won the first fight. Roy didnt look like roy the first fight

The manny KO hurt it shocked me I was so sure he was finnally gonna ice Marquez and got slept instead. I know it wasn't his first loss but I started getting into boxing when he fought de la hoya it was my second ppv and he's who really got me interested and when that happened I was pretty sure the manny era was over he hasn't brought it back yet but he's starting off well.

Roy Jones Jr was hard to take. Especially after the comment from Tarver right before the touched gloves. I was certain Roy was going to put his lights out. Pac was another one. I watched in utter dis belief.

It hurts until now when one of my idols Broner lost a close decision to Maidana. lol...you serious? Broner got straight dominated and served up for running his mouth. Maidana tried to beat some manners into him that night.

Bradley's loss will only make him stronger...losing to an ATG is nothing to let get you down.

I had the same reaction when Tyson was KO'd by Buster Douglas and RJJ was KO'd by Tarver. Mouth wide open in complete silence. I was in shock for the rest of the night.

When Fenech got brutally robbed by Don King, then sucked in the rematch and knocked out....man, that was hard. Kostya losing to Phillips and Hatton was truly painful. Tyson getting stopped. Hell, I was devastated when Katsidis lost to Casa. When Marquez 'lost' his second and third fights to Pac.

Lucas loss to Garcia hurt. It was exhilarating to see his papi Mauricio Herrera whip Gift Garcias ass though.
