im at the point, where i think people just want wlad to lose

people want to see new champs not one guy hold all the best forever lol I like him as a person and im sure hes a cool guy but his style is boring and of course I want to see him lose for a change in the division theres nothing wrong with that hes been around for over a decade now

There are two types of "fans" on this forum, boxing fans and fighter fans. As a boxing fan, I don't have a bad word to say about Wlad. He had all the physical tools God can empower a man with, height, reach, size, power, speed and athleticism but his biggest defect was his chin and stamina. Wlad, through sheer hard work and effort managed to work his way around those issues. In fact, he reinvented himself from a combination puncher into a more tight, defensive fighter with limited yet still awesome offense. In doing so, he has managed to sustain a decade long reign as champion, with some 20 title defences, including his first reign as WBO champ. In that time he has beaten some of the best heavyweights of his era, sadly it's not a very good era for the big men, then again, neither was the 80s of the late 90s but you don't hear people crying foul with regards to Tyson, Holyfield or Lewis. Who is there left for Wlad to fight? He has thoroughly cleared out the division. Yes there's Wilder but the best names on his resume are guys who were relevant 10-15 years ago. Tyson Fury and Derek Chisora can both throw their hats in the ring but we all know the result. At this stage, I'm looking forward to someone actually providing Wlad with a challenge rather than a loss, that man may well be the HUGE Fury, but the Mancunian is too open at times and gets caught. Why the complaints? Wlad has a limited style but he wins largely by KO and whenever his fights look "boring" or "ugly", it's mainly because the other guy realises he can't win and tries to survive, look up Haye or Povetkin. Leapai came to fight and got stopped in 5. I feel sorry for Wlad because I think a loss, or a trilogy fight with a terrific heavyweight would do him more good then an undefeated run for the next 50 years lol he's beaten 1 guy in the top 10 and he should have lost that fight. division clean! just no one left to fight.........

people have just gotten bored with his dominance it's hard to get excited when you know it's not gonna be competitive Wlad's leagues above the rest of the HW's and people know that so whenever he fights, it's ho hum some might want him to lose, but it's mostly just fan complacency no matter who Wlad fights, you know what's gonna happen this sounds about right
