Maidana broner wasn't even close, Lucas/ Garcia was. Why do some particular people want to see the mismatch over the competitive bout?
It's not that people want one more than the other as much as Broner has already said he will exercise his rematch clause after the Floyd fight as soon as Maidana wants to so it's going to happen, which is great, I would love to see Broner get stopped.
I do want to see Lucas fight Danny though as well, I have my money on Lucas, just like I did the first time though Danny won. Lucas is the better fighter.
I'd rather see Broner get his revenge instead of Danny taming Lucas again
You want to see Broner raped again? I know the guy is a jerk but that's just mean man.
Because some particular people are pretty stupid. That and others have a pretty good idea of what would happen and they dont want to see their boy Garcia fight a version of Matthysse with two working eyes.
I'll be honest there's some sick appeal about seeing Maidana murder Broner in the ring but when it comes to boxing there's really no unanswered questions there.
This does not make sense. Didnt Matthyse come into the fight with "two working eyes?"
Danny won that fight against Lucas no ifs and buts about it. I like Lucas, he never complain when he lost to Danny just his fan boys. I want to see them fight each other again coz it was heart thumping moment, you never know what would happen if one of those punch you didn't see lands and end the fight. Broner vs Maidana 2 would be boring, it would lack excitement compare to the 1st one. Why? Coz Broner will pot shot Maidana the entire fight. Once he touches the ropes, Broner just pivot or side step to get away and not be caught like the first time. In other words, Broner will not engage period.
Neither rematch is in demand except from die hard fans of both.. Broner fans are saying; "Broner didn't train right", "he moved up in weight to soon", "he was coming back at the end", "he was standing and trading with a bigger stronger man but next time he'll box smart and win"..
Same thing with Lucas "the new Manny Pacquiao" Matthysse; his fans say "it was a close fight until that stupid Garcia punched him in the eye", "if his eye didn't close he would have won". Anyways you can't blame fans for wanting their fav fighters to get redemption:boxing:
garcia mathysse need to go at it one more time. hopefully without weeks allowing too many low blows by garcia. the knock down by garcia was a push down imo. lucas said he wants that rematch after saturday if everything goes according to plan. :boxing:
C'mon man! Swift whooped that ass by smackin Lucas in the face w/o fear a la Lamont.
Swift smokes his ass again at 140 or 147. Honesty would love the rematch so he shuts the mouths of dudes like u....
Adding further, Chino and Broner is necessity imo as well!!!

Cuz Broner was the undefeated and lost. Garcia was the undefeated champion and won.
It's not like that's all there is to it. The real questions are (1) Is the fight significant, (2) Is it likely to be entertaining, and (3) Does one guy deserve a shot at redemption?
Broner-Maidana isn't likely to be significant as neither will have a belt and neither are top 5 in the division. But you could make an argument for Broner deserving a shot at redemption, maybe, and you could definitely make an argument that it would be entertaining.
Garcia-Matthysse wasn't that entertaining really, it wasn't bad, but nothing special. It would however be fairly significant, and Matthysse probably does deserve a shot at redemption.
Arguments for and against both rematches. Both could happen, but neither absolutely have to.
I see more people siding up with a maidana broner rematch than a Luke Garcia rematch. Perhaps demand is the wrong word, but the point is clear if you have any brains.

I haven't seen anyone demanding or asking for or even talking about Maidana/Broner. Sure as hell not as much as I hear about a Garcia/Matthysse rematch.
Adrien Broner stans at one point stated that because he came back in the last rounds and he did not train(though he claimed he had) hard he lost the fight.
Therefore that was their reasoning behind a rematch between Broner-Maidana.
