Seriously though, if you edit out Floyd's name in Fight Night Champion and rename him Paulie Malignaggi and start a career -- then yeah, potentially you could get Paulie to HOF status. He'd be a black Paulie Malignaggi, but still. Outside of that though....no.

Nah. Maybe as a commentator in the future but as a boxer? Probably not. Paulie's done a lot for a guy that can't hurt a baby with his punching power. He's had a successful career, made some decent money and should probably go ahead and retire. He looked lethargic and unmotivated in the Porter fight to me. Time to hand in those gloves.

Two weight world champion with a huge fan base, who despite ,as everybody and their mothers have pointed out, has fists made of marshmallow has been extremely successful and provided the fans with dozens of memorable nights. You know what yeah, I reckon he just about squeezes in.
