1-Manny Pacquiao ( bc he is undoubtly the greatest fighter of 2000s and just happens to be extremely entertaining fighter )
2-Miguel Cotto ( I respect the hell out of a man who has NEVER ducked anyone and fights the best of best when he can, ie Manny, Sergio, Floyd. Who knows where he'd be if cheating p.o.s. Didn't use plaster in first fight)
3-Floyd Mayweather( clearly the most skilled this generation and defensive abilities are best ever. I only rank Manny higher as ATG's list bc Its dumb to argue Floyd has dodged and ducked a fair share of in their prime fighters, but I still love to see this master at work)
4- Ronald "Winky" Wright ( he had great ring IQ and that shell defense of his was almost impenetrable. I believe he deserved W over Taylor but without question was a top p4p fighter for years in 2000"s)
5. Andre Ward/GGG- couldn't decide on these 2 bc the so diff but as a fighter I enjoy both, Ward for his skills and intelligence in ring. GGG bc he just entertaining to watch bc of his power and skill
1. Manny Pacquiao
2. Marcos Maidana
3. Arturo Gatti (RIP)
3. Johnny Tapia (RIP, and he was best before 2000)
5. Floyd Mayweather (I hate the Money persona, the ducking, and many of his fans, but he can't be denied. I have a, 'favourite heel who absolutely cheeses me off' type relationship with him.)
And yeah, I have 2 #3s. Nobody should have to choose between Tapia and Gatti.
1. Floyd
2. Hatton
3. Winky Wright
4. Pacman
5. Calzaghe
Honourable mentions: Haye, Cotto, Zab Judah, Gatti, Lennox (falls just outside this generation I think or I woulda had him no.1)
