Is it legally possible for manny to fight floyd on showtime?

Hbo has been burned in the past with long term contracts such as with Roy, wlad pavlik, Taylor, they have shied away from them for awhile now

I'd be surprised if Manny was under a multi fight contract with HBO. Even Floyd said HBO wanted him on a fight by fight basis. And Floyd was still at the top of his game.

We know Mayweather under contract with Showtime but it appears Manny will become a free agent at the end of this year.
