So where do you put Legend Manny Pacquiao on your list?
1. Mayweather
2. Manny Pacquiao
3. Ward
4. Bradley
5. Klitschko
6. Rigondeaux
7. Marquez
8. Martinez
9. Froch
10. Gennady Golovkin :boxing::boxing::boxing::boxing:
So Bernard unifying three titles at light heavy making history will not be top 5 but someone that got knocked smoothed out and fought a damaged good is top 2?
Well Marquez is miles better than anyone Hopkins has fought in recent years.
Unifying 3 titles looks nice on paper and is of course a good achievement no doubt but he'll have beaten Cloud, Shumenov and Stevenson which let's face it is not that impressive, not on the P4P scale anyway. LHW is a poor division.
Obviously it's impressive but hardly Top 5 P4P calibur.
Pacquiao at #2??? Can we be objective please. I watch that fight in HD last night and nowhere is he suppose to be higher than Ward, Rigondeaux, etc.. It's kind of weird how people are just propping him up so high... Trust me he didn't look great last night he was just ok and pretty lucky with the dumb **** Bradley was doing who I lost a lot of respect for.. Pacquiao always get this special treatment and it quite annoying.
Who the f_ck are you that anyone should trust? You think you're the only one here with HD? He whooped the #3 p4p, obviously with his history he's going to be ranked near the top.
Why?
Because that's what people do. I'm not arguing for or against, I'm just saying that's what happens. Wins get overrated sometimes, and wins gets underrated sometimes. I don't think Stevenson is any good, but that's not my point.
These guys are saying Hopkins isn't in the list despite what he's done, yet if he beat Stevenson, I have no doubt he'll be back in it again.
Ok but I very much doubt he goes into the Top 5 for beating Stevenson nor should he.
Why?
Stevenson is not that good.
Top 10 I can see but Top 5? Can't see that.
Why?

Yes, and if Bernard beats Stevenson, he will jump straight back into the top ten rankings, if not top five.
Why?
Stevenson is not that good.
Top 10 I can see but Top 5? Can't see that.
Hopkins is almost 50 years old & still easily beating fighters who are 20 years younger than him. And will likely fight Stevenson later this year now.
First Pacquaio - Bradley fight, Bradley was coming up in weight(powder puncher), Rios coming off loss and coming up in weight, knockout out cold by slow old Marquez. Despite the fact they aren't popular they are still legit and not moved up the ranking without doing the hardwork, Cloud was champion at 175 in his twenties, Karo Murat ranked top ten, Bernard is now fighting another champion with punching power in a unification match, he doesn't have a name too. You seem to take popularity over skills as a determining factor for ranking P4P, which is your perogative but is not the true concept behind it.
Bernard never been planking I can tell you that and Pacquiao need to learn a thing or three from Niccolino. However you guys are having butterflies for fighters instead of a discerning eye for skill.

lmao at Marquez over Sergio Martinez. I don't think Pac should be above Ward either. Maybe I'm just too picky on my fictional rankings lol
You serious? Why the hell not?
Unless you have forgotten, which is not unlikely at all given NSB and the typical bandwagon jumping to and fro, general selective memory and bias, Marquez lost a very close fight to one of the best young champions in the game today going for his 5th divisional title after coming off what is undoubtedly the greatest win of the last decade, at the very least (and one of the great wins in boxing history).
Martinez is coming off an atrocious performance against an unheralded contender of little note, in which he was dropped more than once, and outboxed for much of the fight and was lucky to have fought it in his hometown, because that's the only place he was ever going to be given the decision in. The reality was that he lost that fight worse than Marquez lost his, but the opposition level was much greater for Marquez and their previous wins are no comparison either. Martinez had a good win over a solid contender/faux titlist, in which he was also nearly stopped in the final round.
So, once again, why the hell would you laugh at the idea of Marquez being rated over Martinez?
Rios got out outboxed by Abril and outboxed by Alvarado in the fight before Pacquiao. Rios is super overrated, he is not hard to figure out, he easier to spell out than "shit". Pacquiao got left for dead by an old Marquez.. C'mon this alone is not better than Bernard's resume and overall Bernard has the better resume and superior skills.
Rios is poor aswell but Tavouris Cloud is no better and probably worse really.
Pacquaio got knocked out by Marquez yes, a P4P fighter. Bad loss I agree.
Hopkins got outboxed by Chad Dawson.
There's no doubt Pacquaio's work of recent is better than Hopkins of recent. It's unquestionable.
I know p4p is just an opinion but how can someone put manny on #7 #8 or even at #5! that's absurd!!!!!
How can anyone have Ward at number 2 ahead of Bradley?
Bradley has much better wins on his resume than Ward does and has been more active looking to fight all challengers whilst Ward looks to pick the easy route...

Cloud shouldn't have been "Champion" because he got dominated by Campillo and Campillo got robbed.
Murat is terrible, got dominated by Nathan Cleverly. Had no business at all being in the Top 10.
Because he is a hero and Legend to so many people. Hey, when odds are being determined, most of the time people go with their hearts, not their heads. That is why he was the favorite.
Erm no they don't.
The bookmakers under no circumstances determine their odds with their hearts.
This is a business with money at stake.
He was the favourite because he was expected to win.
Because he is a hero and Legend to so many people. Hey, when odds are being determined, most of the time people go with their hearts, not their heads. That is why he was the favorite.
Huh? WTF are you talking about? He was the favourite because he easily won their last fight, and still looked good enough for everyone to assume that he would do the same, thus favourite.
Neither had dramatically altered their style, or looked much better or much worse for anyone to think it would go any differently than the first fight.
Also he shouldn't even be at #3 come on man.. This **** is getting annoying I know most of you was streaming that **** on blurry online mirrors. I know this was going to happen.
I couldn't decide between 3 and 4, but any lower is silly. Two is even arguable though I think his KO loss is still too recent and he just looks off his game to back up with Floyd. He just beat one of the best young champs in the game, who himself was undefeated (at least officially anyway) and a top P4P entrant. Apart from his still recent KO loss, he's beaten two young champs, Bradley at the very top of his game coming off his own P4P, greatest career win.
He didn't look great, but he won the fight and that's what no one else has been able to do against Bradley yet and that's all that counts. Like it or not, this is one of the best wins in boxing right now. Bradley was a proven, undefeated, prime, bigger, younger, two division champion.
Ward is pissing about thinking he deserves more and is just wasting away his career. He doesn't even deserve top five anymore.
Klitschko simply doesn't have the talent level of opposition to get any higher than around 7-10 for me. Dominating is one thing, and to do it as long as he has is great on its own, but doing against the absolute fluff that he has to face fight after fight holds him back greatly, particularly when the talent levels in the lower divisions are so high comparatively.
Marquez is, for me at least, done as a top P4P fighter. He looked old in his last fights. He's looked old, slow and not his great self for years now, and while he's not shot in the classic boxing sense, he's certainly past it.
Rigo is getting right up there, but again, his ****head, disgracefully corrupt POS scum of a promoter is not just promoting him badly, he's actively trying to stop him from getting further on in his career. It's one of the most disgraceful acts of pettiness and just miserable ****headedness I've ever seen in my life of watching boxing so far. I actually look forward to when Arum dies. I say that with all sincerity. He's ruining someone's incredibly talented life and career through his own petty bull**** and corruption because he thought Rigo wasn't as good as he is, so he's now making him pay dearly for being a great boxer.
Because.........
Because he is a hero and Legend to so many people. Hey, when odds are being determined, most of the time people go with their hearts, not their heads. That is why he was the favorite.
