Crazy that May vs Maidana already has $14.2 million at the gate.

I really think the Broner fight put Maidana on the map. Just look at YT. Showtimes highlights of that fight are over 1.5m viewers.
When it's all said in done May vs Maidana is going to be the 4th biggest gate ever possibly even 3rd, and Floyds 3rd biggest gate ever.
Maidana is a cash cow.

I saw Anorcack saw and enjoyed my thread? Is their any cunt on this board with a bigger inflated sense of self worth then this fag? I mean get over yourself. Never has the green teefed ugly fuck ever offered anything to NSB, but some rambling about his gay fantasies with British and American boxers. Then he goes on to prove his utter pathetic need for attention by making a thread about bad threads. The irony is other worldly.
Stick to the lounge buddy, where you get 2-3 posts in your movie threads before they fall into obscurity.
Someone ask Arum what he thinks about a 15-1 underdog who will be outselling his two top 5 P4P fighters by nearly double come fight time.
Exactly. Uncle Bob's only fueling the May-Maidana promo with his calls for boycott.
But of course, "it ain't Floyd bringin'em in. It's Maidana's huge fan base. Nothing more."
.
Well if it's in a link it must be true. :blackeye:
What i'm saying is the same thing happened with Pac/DLH which had major ticket 'sales' yet scalpers lost their shirt trying to get their money back. The economy collapsing didn't help either (in 2008). GBP have a direct business relationship with ticket brokers, sometimes it works out when there is real demand...I just doubt that the demand is this great for the Maidana fight.
Well if a source from the Nevada state athletic commission isn't good enough, then not sure what to tell you.
You mean $14.3m? Its right there in the link I provided.
Maidana vs May will likely beat that number by a good margin.
Also. I'm not trying to prove any points. What's with this forum man.... Can't even make a thread with basic info or opinion without someone saying you aren't a fan, or that you are a hater of Pac or May.

Pac v DLH had a $17 million gate yet a lot of people lost a ton of money. Stop believing BS.

If I flew down to Vegas right now, do you think I could get a comp ticket?
:lol1:
Yep. You could probably wait a few hours to fly out and still get one.
This thread already is better then anything you have ever provided to the forum in the year you have been here. :fing26::fing26::fing26::fing26:
good 1 mate
Don't you know? Those dollar figures are high only because the MGM bought up all the tickets to sell them to ticket brokers.
It's not like saint Pacquiao's fights where tickets are only available on Ticketmaster. (a lot of them coincidentally being available there right now as we speak, hours away from the main event.)

frauds fights became events that people order just to say they ordered with that being said second hand vendors most likely purchase all the tickets so they can try to profit a little themselves from the casuals ... seating attendance should be the only way to truly know the amount of tickets sold .. goldenboy always bumps there number up by a wide margin in every aspect
definitely worth a thread.
