Same **** different day, man. As soon as Mayweather fights someone people say he was scared to face, theres always an excuse. Not to mention the fact that Mayweather seems to be the only boxer alive that never comes out of his prime. Everyone else is never in their prime when he fights them (either too young or too old).
Lmao 90% of the topics on here are jokes. Before canelo.."whens the last time floyd fought a young undefeated champion?" .. Bradley? Really? The same guy who went life and death with proviphjjcuhrg? Smh.
lol timmy offers NOTHING to beat floyd. abosoutely ZERO.
that is a mismatch and floyd would stop little timmy. please tell me what timmy would do. please.
timmy could barely beat provo and hit the deck twice vs Holt. please.
No one is ever good enough for Floyd.
You guys talk all this sh^t, then turn around and say...
"he ducked margarito" a slow flat footed fighter.
"he ducked Paul williams"=flat footed, no foot work.
If he beat him, it just would've been...
"well, he had no footwork/movement anyway" same with margarito.
They said he was scared of Canelo.
He then treats Canelo like a kid.
Now its Canelo wasnt that good or the 152 thing.
Canelo then beats the living sh^t out of Angulo, the man who floored Lara twice and damn near beat him except he got injured.
Look at the fight night weigh-ins.
These guys have been coming into the fight weighing over 165 lbs.
Dude has been beating middle/super middle weights man,
And he barely can weigh over 150. Hell, he was only 149 in the oscar fight and they marked it as 150(listen to post fight interview) and how much did oscar weigh?
These guys dont just walk through him and he's always the much smaller man on fight night.
Thats equal to him on fight night weighing 147 and fighting a 130 pounder.
Everyone would call him a bully and say why are you fighting these little guys.
But in reality its like he's the 130 pounder fighting the guy thats 147 and he's making them look like amateurs and like they dont belong in there with him.
So how good does that 130 guy really have to be to consistently school 147 pounders?
Why would you not give the 130 guy respect?
This has been going on for many years man.
When is it going to end.
^ Pretty much this.
Doesn't matter who Floyd beats, and how easily he beat them, there is always someone else he should've fought.
He hasn't fought anyone like Bradley a young prime, versatile, tough durable, crafty black American fighter who isn't flat footed and moves a lot.
Zab Judah had fast hands but was a mental midget and 4 round fighter, he also was stationary doesn't bounce on his feet or move a lot.
Look through his career, his biggest win at 130 was against a undefeated yet flat footed Corrales whos mind wasn't right he was about to go to prison for beating his girl.
Heck has Floyd even fought someone like Joshua Clottey with a double guard like winky wright?
Most of Floyds opponents are slow fighters or fighters with fast hands but not much foot work. He has difficulty timing Cotto when Cotto danced on his toes, Cotto popped the jab at will and Floyd couldn't move his head in time cause he didn't know what to focus on the feet or the hands.
Floyd is a hype job really he only fights boxers who he can grab and don't have much footwork tailor made guys like Canelo and Maidana.
No one is ever good enough for Floyd.

thats the same caliber as bradley
heart+determination+hand and foot speed tough as rock?
must have all of the above

Hatton had all that before Mayweather KO'd him.
Perhaps but Hatton only fought one meaningful fight at welterweight before Mayweather and that was against Collazo. Don't you think Mayweather based his decision to fight Hatton on that?
I'd say Miguel Cotto, his handspeed imo is very underrated
I'm a Floyd fan, but boxing fans have a short memory.
Remember when he retired for a year?
At that time you had pscman coming up, Paul Williams was undefeated, cintron was undefeated, margarito offered him big $ to fight, mosley was still good, amd cotto just best mosley and was in his prime and people wanted to see that fight bad.
Floyd ducked ALL of them, and retired. He waited till they got beat and exposed by one another before he came back, he wanted nothing to do with that group fighters. Than he came back and fought a undersized Marquez who's legs were shot.
Don't ever forget that.
Yeah won't forget it.But you got to admit it was pretty smart. Why fight them all when you can just beat the guy who beat the guy who beat the guy.

He hasn't fought a fighter as Versatile as Bradley is in a long time. Most of the guys he's fought are one dimensional. Bradley may not have power but he makes up for it pretty much everywhere else.
He can be pretty slick if he wants to(i.e. Marquez fight), He can pressure and smother you (i.e. Alexander/Holt fights) and he can brawl with a brawler (provodnikov fight).
Fast feet, decent overall speed, Will to win and elite conditioning. Bradley is hard to beat when he is on his A-game.
