Will winner of Pacquiao-Bradley go 2 p4p?

Yeah Pacquaio would definitely become P4P #2 if he beats Bradley. Cotto at 4th if he beats Sergio. So two fighters who lost 2 fights in a row, then come back a beat a nobody (basically), jump all the way that high after beating one good fighter?

If Bradley wins,he's num 2 imo..If Pac wins,he's number 8 or 7th..
