From a physical standpoint, his body took a lot of punishment.
I've always been curious about things like this.
Similarly... While in the locker room, what did Fernando Vargas feel like physically immediately after his TKO loss to Felix Trinidad. It was a drawn-out fight where a lot of punishment was dished out.
Your thoughts??
I imagine it depends, people have taken more punishment than Broner in a fight and won. Gatti-Ward for one, while they might be in pain I imagine they feel pretty good immediately afterwards.
The next day on the other hand...
I think this tells it all.

Damn. He look like a dude who don't like dat feelin. Poor AB. He'll be back doe fighting the world's toughest midgets and gettin dat p4p paper.
Probably in a whole lot of pain.
Also thinking about all the stupid things he shouldn't have said.
Both Pauli and Maidana were set up to be showcase fights and he looked terrible on one and got whooped on the other one.
why do people keep making all these threads about Tito-Vargas or Tito-Reid like Broner was just brutalized. He wasnt. For awhile, there were alot of people who thought he was coming back to win or make it close. He took punishment but it wasnt totally severe or one sided. It may have took something out of him but I still dont like these other comparisons. Vargas & Reid got KO and were on queer street. Vargas was punch drunk during the fight, let alone after. Its not the same thing at all
You might need to watch the fight again. :ugh:

step outside to your backyard and have a friend smash you with a sack of bricks for 36 minutes. you will have your answer.
Bricks? Holy sh*t... F*ck...
Damn...
Physically he felt like a dog that had been neutered.
It's shocking how far one can fall in this sport off a single fight.
Dude was the supposed heir to Floyd and future of the sport, and now he's fighting Amir Khan's tuneup leftovers on an undercard.

probably drained like any other athlete who just gave it there all in there sport ...... Adriana gets some props for not quitting and fighting through all 12 rounds even when going against sledge hammers
He's not a quitter. Gotta give him that. But he was doing a lot of dirty sh*t. Can't blame him though; he was in there with one of the wolves at 147.
