Ring employs Chuck Giampa to handle they're ratings and the guy is a geriatric old blind ****, that's why Hererra isn't in.. The guy had Broner at number 6 p4p for nearly a year, and wanted to have Lomanchenko break the top 10 after his debut!!

but to be fair............ they are just incompetent. Didn't watch.... said it was a joke? Yea... seeing Broner and Canelo on there, then making quick exits. Canelo went up after losing. They should know everytime they put a person on there for "political" reasons... they're just gonna get bumped. Guerrero was only there for the Floyd fight.
