Somebody like Chisora who looks like a street fighter would be an handful, other than him I think if you didn't know Donaire was a boxer he could probably whoop guys much bigger than him in a street fight.
Are you kidding me? A mma trained fighter would level a trained boxer. Boxers are only trained to block punches not kicks. An mma fighter that can kick fast would knock a boxer down then it's game over for a boxer once they are on the ground.
lol, that's just wrong, did you even ever see a street fight? it looks like a sloppy boxing match.
Pro UFC fighter getting destroyed in a street fight:
a boxer KOes 10 people in a street fight:
I would say somebody that fights at range like gennady Golovkin, you never see him in clinch which would be dangerous in a street fight.
Guys that are range but pathetic up close like Wlad would get obliterated
We all know that the king of street fights is fury due to experience with tarmac and the likes.
are you serious? 6 foot 7, 250 pound Wlad would destroy Golovkin easily in a street fight.
I think the best boxers in a street fight would be somebody like Mccall or Wach. You can't stop these guys even if you hit them with a kitchen sink.
Big problem with ground techniques in a street fight?
I was state Judo champ as a junior.
One night I was coming home half sloshed when I was jumped by 2 guys hassling for money.
Automatically threw one, then locked him up on the ground.
The other guy stepped over & repeatedly kicked me in the head.
Street fights are rarely one on one...
I would suggest it could be Amir Mansour. Explosive puncher, heavyweight, decent handspeed, spent 11 years in prison. Plus he´s from Philly. Good mix for a street fighter. I am pretty sure he can look after himself in most situations.

who are you talking to? you're not quoting anyone and the thread doesn't have anything to do with mma vs boxing, but anyway
mma fighters do have the advantage, IF they dont get ko'd before or whilst rushing for the tackle
you gotta remember mma fighters really do not like getting hit, alot shy away from punches and get flustered, alot of them are slow as all hell, and alot of them have glass chins aswell as next to no defense to punches
a boxer could ko an mma fighter with some rabbit punches as the guy leans to him, in a street fight both guys are going for the ko from the get-go, so no time to "box", you let your fists fly and dont stop
and unless the mma guy knows his opponent is a boxer, he will have a trade-off first trust me, no one starts with a tackle when things are heated, you punch that prick in the mouth
and most guys aren't going down as easily as fatboy toney from a toe grab, this is the same fat boy who fell trying to use footwork to get away from the jab of samuel peters, he's morbidly obese and way too old
95% of all street fights end on the ground
prove it
boxers have better balance then the average person, and the ground is the last place you want to be in a street fight, you don't you if the guy has a knife, or his buddies will run up on you and kick you in the head
marcos is from the countryside, province of santa fe. he lives and grew in a little town call margarita, they didn't have power and they usually hunted and fished for food. so i doubt he was into street fighting while growing, he said that boxing came by chance into his life.
I bet he got into plenty of fights though. A poor kid in Argentina gets into a ton of street fights at a very early age. Hell, even for middle class people its far more common than in the developed world.

So I guess he got interested in tattoos from the boxing culture in Argentina. Surely he didn't stay in Sante Fe. He boxed in the big cities like Buenos Aires.
I heard Amir Khan knocked out multiple car jackers.
I wonder what kind of street fights Marcos Maidana got himself into growing up in Argentina.

usually when it goes to the ground it's over already, the guy that got smacked onto his back is about to get finished off or he's been sparked
95% my ass, only time i've seen a fight go to the ground was between to nerds that can't throw a punch to save their lives, they ended up on the ground both in headlocks :lol1:
This is pretty much it.
And if it does go to the ground due to one guy he usually gets kicked n s hit by dude's friends.
Most fights that end on the floor is usually one guy being hit, crawling around trying to get up while the other dude is just tryin to finish. If any of these MMA guys or a boxer lands on you you're not going to be conscious... Imagine Pac just throwing a quick left at you while youre squared up? You wont even see it at the speed the top dudes tend to punch at...
