so lemme get this straight..
floyd uses xylocaine in vegas bc its a nerve blocker for his damaged hands, okay thats fine. but floyd also uses testosterone replacement therapy (which'll be evident if he doesnt fight in vegas vs maidana) and manny doesnt use trt (which'll be evident if he does fight in vegas vs bradley)?.. but yet floyd accuses manny of using substances to the point of a lawsuit? albeit, all money team promoted fighters are being caught w banned substances. meanwhile, floyds "cleaning the sport"?
i know floyd has the stereotype of contradicting himself but SERIOUSLY, WTF IS GOING ON HERE?! someone clear this up for me bc somewhere im lost in translation, i cant correlate how these scenarios make any sense.
im not trying to troll but if you spent that much time on pac looking for dirt on him it would be a ton easier with the shake drama and the videos of pac drinking it with ariza saying its a designer drug and roach questioning it along with comparing pictures and researching what those drugs do and compare it to pac. The drug test drama how his body changed again once he was willing to be tested all that stuff That dont mean it was illegal or he did anything wrong my point is people have tried so hard for so long to find dirt on floyd and excuses to why hes so good and all have failed badly. Im not saying give up but eventually you got to just got to give him credit and admit the fact that hes arguably still the best in the sport even though hes got shattered hands and is 37. With all the hate in floyds direction even from the media dont you think they would been able pay off one floyds people to get them to talk or just flat out found something if he were doing anything?
all this stuff about him using it in his hands and the drug testing stuff the one guy wrote about was all proven bogus so why do people keep bringing it up?
thanks for the help & links guys, will research farther into it after my exams this week.. appreciate it ^^ green k & points sent to each
im confused tho whats that got to do with testosterone replacement therapy?
What evidence is there that Mayweather is even using TRT? The stuff I have heard carry as much weight as Teddy Atlas and his emails about Pacquiao and him being on PEDs
Dam this thread is gna be a bump nd grind (rkelly)
I had never accused floyd of anything (only said, if he doesnt fight at mgm it wil imply that.. ) but still I feel pretty crunchy jumping to conclusion, floyds decision to fight in mgm puts the trt accusations to sleep nd makes me look like a dam fool. Good thing i titled the thread, TRYING TO UNDERSTAND.. cause i truly was clueless on the details. Thanks to all the posters with the reliable sources, links nd info. I appreciate it nd you guys schooled me on this stuff. I am currently eating crow with hot sauce bc of this. Lol. Nsb is a great place to crack jokes nd make fun but also spread that boxing knowledge. Floyd nd you all put me in my place nd hope i hadnt hurten anyones feelings..

You guys do realize mayweather can still be using TRT and still be able to fight in Nevada regardless of Neveda new policy right.
If mayweather had an agreement already with Neveda and his use of TRT he can still exercise his agreement regardless of neveda new policy and Neveda State Comission will have to honor it by law. It is called the grandfather clause. So him fighting at Neveda does not disprove anything.

So it is 100% plausible mayweather exercised his right and keep his agreement with NSAC intact and NSAC will have to honor it as long as mayweather is active.
omfg lmao :lol1::lol1::lol1:

xylocaine Its Tested For and is Banned In Nevada
De La Hoya was given a shot of Lidocaine the day of the injury to numb the cut area so the stitches could be taken. Lidocaine is a substance banned by the Nevada State Athletic Commission. But Marc Ratner, CEO of the commission, said there is no violation as long as De La Hoya informed the commission when he took it and why.

Kizer confirmed yesterday that lidocaine is banned for use by boxers within a week of a bout. ***8220;If lidocaine is injected,***8221; he said, ***8220;the pain receptors in the boxer may not work and he may not know if he is hurt.***8221; He also confirmed that lidocaine would be tested for after the bout, at the Quest Diagnostics laboratory in the city.

Nevada boxing officials said yesterday they would fine and probably suspend Lloyd Honeyghan. They said the British fighter tested positive for the painkilling drug lidocaine after losing his World Boxing Council welterweight title to Marlon Starling on Feb. 4.

Tested as far back as 1989
As Kizer explained it, fighters must, under penalty of perjury, sign a statement at the fight weigh ins discloosing what, if any, pain or other serious medication they have used or plan to use anytime between the weigh in and fight time.
***8220;Mayweather has never disclosed any such information so, as far as we are concerned, this is not any kind of issue. I know the ardent Pacquiao fans talk a lot about but to us it's the same as the speculation about Pacquiao using any sort of drugs which comes from the Mayweather fans out there. Both of them have always tested clean in Nevada.***8221;
Kizer said he could name other boxers who have asked permission to use aspirin, Lidocaine, cortisone and other ***8220;pain therapeutic***8221; medications.

TRT
No pro boxer is known to have had an exemption issued through a state athletic commission, and Nevada officials said they have never even received an application.

Step up your trolling, this is like 2010/11 material.
Wow owned! Good research.
And failed three since he started his campaign to clean up the sport.
Which three tests did he fail? Do you have a source? USADA has nothing about this on their website where they list athlete drug testing results.

Well damn but like b2k bump bump bump lol
You might not wanna lol or bump when the penny drops that we all know that your 'hilarious' bumps are just some butthurt, flowmo foolishness. You dont think we've seen this kind of crap 20000 times before?:lol1:
Pacquiao wouldn't take the test. That's what made him suspicious.
Floyd has always been willing to test from day 1.
And failed three since he started his campaign to clean up the sport. Your silly racist ass must be hella proud!:biggthump
