Khan's British-Pakistani focused fanbase hasn't translated into PPV sales, not even here in the UK where SKY had to downscale his contract (getting KO'd in 54 seconds didn't help). This is an intriguing match-up where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Not two superstars on good runs, fighting for a top spot. A smart person would know the difference.

I hope it happens, it's a quality fight. I think that a lot of people are still unsure if they want to waste their money on the mismatch that is Maidana vs Floyd but a solid co-main should do the trick. I was just about to post pretty much the same thing.

If this does play out this way then yes Broner will be the next generation Berto. But it also shows how the Haymon Hype job assembly line operates build up said fighter deservedly or not doesn't matter careful matchmaking network exposure prop him up as a superstar in the making if he reaches success Chaching, if he doesn't or when he gets dismantled that guy has just been manufactured as a marketable opponent for Floyd, it's really a win-win situation and quite the racket.

If this fight gets made I don't understand how people who claim to be boxing fans wouldn't watch this card. It's shaping up to be another sick card. You'd rather pay or stream PAC vs Bradley ( which is a wicked fight ) with a undercard of Steve the plumber vs Jose the gardener which means nothing (yeah that makes sense) I'm going to buy both but ever since Mayweather signed with Showtime the whole card is stacked and fights that I as a fan want to watch. Where as Top Rank PPV have a good decent main events with absolute dog shiz for the undercards

FMJ fights for a Belt and Broner khan is a qualification for a potential FMJ fight. and Broner can redeem himself vs a skilled fighter. Khan has a lot of output and is fast so broner now can prove he knows how to handle this type of style.

Now that Floyd has responded by telling Khan he will fight him if he beats Broner, all of a sudden Khan is saying Floyd is talking rubbish. Makes no sense.
