Any thoughts?
I think this episode swayed me to lean towards Angulo in this fight. I don't mean I think he's going to win, but that I'll be rooting for him.
I also think that All Access is much improved. It's still not quite 24/7, nor will it probably ever be, but it's getting there. 24/7 still might be my favorite show period on television (and not just the boxing, but Hard Knocks, which is basically 24/7 NFL and also their NHL Winter Classic 24/7's). Anyway nothing ground breaking in the episode but it was still a good one nonetheless.
Tough looking guy with a warm heart. How can you not like Angulo now? Canelo looked like a rich stuck up kid.
WOW Canelo should complain to Showtime!! He was totally made to look like the privileged kid with everything. That being said is Angulo "The Dude." He's never in a boring fight and I hope he is victorious next Saturday. One of the best All Access Episodes.
I don't understand Spanish but Angulo sounds dumb.
Nice guy though, he is known to sleep on the floor and offer others his bed etc... humble guy.
Showtime is too UFC in the spin. The beginning part was 'Controversial' LOL. Angulo and Lara that is... shut up Showtime.
Canelo doesn't seem to be getting better at all.
Best part is when they were hyping Mayweather's defense and they showed nothing but clips from the Canelo fight of Floyd jumping straight backwards with his infinitely faster feet. Yes, yes, he's a "genius." :D
Did you guys see our boy Glassy? Ha.
Great to see the man himself Amir Khan. Kinda unfair with Angulo to show Khan in there because it takes the spotlight off of him. :D

Really how so? He's always been humble and respectful. I really liked the part he talked about how most fighters after a loss change their team forgetting it was that same corner that brought them up through the struggles, and how it's not your corners fault when you lose but the fighters.
I gotta say I have to agree a lot with you. I especially liked the showcasing of the Hunter group of fighters all together and working together. I wasn't too sure about this fight but...it was an excellently done piece.
Edit: Especially with no one having to play the bad guy. It was two guys and their drive to regain something working hard with their teams...was a nice change.
I know man. It's a diverse group... Cool to see. They all seem to get along great too, looks like genuine chemistry.
It was... It didn't feel like just ANOTHER typical All Access/24/7 episode, you know? It was refreshing and interesting.
YUP, good point bro. They didn't need to focus on negative or controversial things in order to get you hyped for the fight... They rather focused on the important of this fight for both and the hunger they have going into it. It should be one hell of a fight.
It's crazy how a show can swing your opinion. If you are not a hardcore fan of either, how the hell can you not root for Angulo.
yea I feel for the guy it was good to get a deeper look into his story I already thought he would smash canelo but now im really puling him
I thought it was amazing. They did a great job of portraying Angulo and showcasing who he is as an individual. Gives you a good insight into who Angulo is, what motivates him and his hunger as a fighter. SHO also did an excellent job of working the theme for this fight, two fighters getting back up, one defining fight. I am damn ready for this fight!! WAR PERROOOO!!!
