What if Marcos Maidana catches Floyd with one of those quick, low angled hooks, sends him to the canvas, and stuns, him, I mean hurts him badly. Floyd gets right back up, and a war ensues. I'd be shocked and wondering just how Floyd is going to come back. At the same time I'd be wondering if Maidana can finish the job.

My heart would be racing, but I wouldn't be surprised. I expect Chino to land right hands on Mayweather. Also, I expect Mayweather to get wobbled by Maidana's rabbit punches. If an old cocaine-addicted, cross dressing Oscar De La Hoya was able to land a right hand on Jail Weather Jr. and so was a bloated Marquez imagine the damage Maidana's right hand would do to that chin. MM has way more power in his right hand than Oscar and Juan Manuel Marquez. Maidana isn't a blown up lightweight who didn't carry his power to welterweight. Your power, though, is proven and dangerous. 2 terrible examples. Floyd was a super small dude when he fought Oscar. It was his first fight at 154 at a time when he had never weighed more than 148 on fight night. Oscar had just decapitated the hard nose Mayorga and his dad was telling him non stop not to get caught with the hook. Floyd was cautious because he didnt know how well he could handle the shots at 154. A rematch wouldve looked alot different. Floyd was just coming off a 2 year retirment against JMM and Juan never really landed nothing again in the fight. It was just rust and you are talking about 2 HOF's. Floyd is not rusty now, the fight is at 147, he's way more filled out and comfortable at those weights. Maidana has no chance of hurting Floyd unless Floyd is on a huge decline. No righty around the weight class can really land clean or hurt him if he fights like he's suppose to. It has to be a Southpaw and most likely a big one at 54 or higher

When Mosley almost dropped Floyd no one in the room was on their seat. I expect the same thing with some slurs thrown in. If I was watching live I would've brought an egg and hurled Floyd a good one.
