Who do you want to see Chavez fight next?

Personally I would like to see Chavez vs Lucien Bute, I personally think it's a 50/50 fight and it would be high action with Chavez taking lazer lefts all night.

I voted Froch (or I suppose Groves) - would be a great battle, though I suspect we might ultimately see Junior stopped for the first time in the end. Ward would just be a pointless one sided and humiliating loss (though an unpleasant part of me would probably enjoy that a great deal). GGG would be good (and has been mentioned as a possibility by Arum) @168 - hell, at any weight, but I'm assuming Jr ain't gonna go below 168 any more. Guess Pascal works as well, but I can't se Jr wanting to fight a Light Heavy right now. Bika would be OK as well- both tough, durable guys - should be a good test for both.

the winner of froch groves or GGG would be my picks. Any of those 3 would make for a lively entertaining fight. A fight v ward would be a boring one sided UD.

Everyone wants a piece of Chavez Jr. Because of the fan base... He does not get much respect because he trains next to his kitchen... But is chin seems solid and he's a persistent body puncher... But lets be honest, he brings fans to the table because of his living legend Dad, same way Dale Earnhardt Jr gets fans because of his late legendary father... (Btw, I'm Not remotely into racing... If you are, enjoy.) The top guys think he's a safe fight... I'd like GGG myself... Froch would be very entertaining because he's just slow enough to get hit, but he has a chin and enough power to overcome Chavez in a war... Ward might not need to hit, hold and head butt to win this one... He could straight up exchange and infuse some much needed sparkle for his fans... But if I was Chavez Jr. I'd bust my A$$ to get to 160 and challenge Sergio again... A older and slower Martinez would still Be favored... But the rematch should motivate Chavez Jr.enough to put away the cheeseburgers for a few months and FOCUS ON THE FIGHT !!!

I want Chavez Jr to fight Chavez Sr at the same weight class. I bet you Chavez Sr beat the sh1t out of Chavez Jr.

if chavez can fight below 168 lbs, i'd like to see him face golovkin. if he can't, then froch is probably the best option. i want ward to move up to light heavyweight already.

I'd like to see GGG move up to 168 and fight him. It'd be a great "step up" fight and would be a lot of fun to watch.

Bika,DeGale then unify versus Stieglitz after that GGG.zero interest in Ward for me I wanna see SOG versus Adonis,Krusher and Hopkins. Why would Ward want to unify World titles with a European champion? Hes been in 168 for too long. Needs to go to 175.

I want to see him in his real weight class vs Marco Huck.

out of the names in the poll, if he gets by vera in a convincing manner, then it should be carl froch (if he beats groves). lots of ifs in this one, haha, but chavez/froch would be nice if both men win their next matches. also, like posters already said, chavez/golovkin at 168 would be nice if team golovkin were willing to move up.

Chavez-Bika would be a good fight that he could win Ward, Pascal, and Froch all beat him Froch is another good one but Chavez couldn't hang with him he might be able to beat Steiglitz if that fight was available Pascal is vulnerable, but don't see Chavez winning at LHW

i wanted golovkin, but since chavez, jr. moved to 168, i'm hoping he fights froch. both styles would collide perfectly. someone's gonna get ko'ed for sure

Froch-Groves II winner, Golovkin could come up to 168 if he grows balls. Ward is an abuse, he would win too easily no matter how hard he's pretending that Chavez Jr is a great fighter. Chavez Jr would hit both Froch and GGG cleanly, multiple times, but I don't think hit Ward too cleanly.

If Chavez Jr beats Vera I would like to see him fight Froch later this year.
