How would you describe Mayweather's fighting style?

I would describe his style no different than that of the past. In fact James Toney was awesome at it. He also faced everyone and wasn't scared of losing. Too bad you can't say the same for Fraud Jr. Fraud makes the defensive shell style look great because he chooses the proper opponents that can't exploit it and are mental midgets when they have difficulty hitting him.

Fighters like Floyd and Bernard can fight into their 50's because their fundamental are so sound. Fighter like Roy and Manny are so much more better offensive than the two aforementioned above but their style does not lend itself to longevity. no way in hell floyd can do what hopkins did especially with the level of competition hopkins fought. threads like this are better off in the history section. just look at the ignorance and just outright pathetic replys in this thread. some of these people in here are just obsessed with trying to be the class clown or the funny witty one with the idea that running the same old in jokes will somehow net them some sort of respect. Well.. the first step would be to dispassionately analayze something, which you are clearly incapable of. Responsive means always ready to capitalize upon your opponents mistakes. By responding precisely and smartly to someone else's aggression. By cultivating initiative, well thats an opposite energy. Its creating opportunity where very little existed in the first place.
