What's better for boxing in the short/long run? Pacquiao hasn't renewed his contract with Top Rank, most likely looking to break away and pursue the Mayweather fight. Pacquiao needs the Victory against Bradley to make this happen.
On the other hand, Bradley is younger and his days aren't numbered like Pacquiao. Bradley has the potential to become a future star if he beats Pacquiao in a convincing fashion.
Another potential problem with this scenario is the likelihood of the Pacquiao/Bradley fight favoring Bradley if it goes to the scorecards. With Bradley renewing his contract and Pacquiao possibly jumping ship, there's a possibility of Pac getting robbed.
Pacquiao knows he needs to win his next two fights in order to increase the odds of the Mayweather fight happening. Top rank can detour this by having Pacquaio take another loss, thus possibly cornering Pacquiao into resigning with Top Rank again.
Not sure why Bradley's trainer is saying Pacquiao will be favored by the judges when the signs point otherwise.

can't see really how much this fight's outcome has to do with what is best for boxing...
it is not really who wins per se but how the fight goes....exciting fight? technical fight? a boring fight?? hope not....
To me, it depends on how you look at it. With Pacquiao winning, there is a strong possibility of Uncle Bob trying to make a trilogy for Pac-Tim. With that said, with a Pacquiao win (especially a convincing one) the interest in a Pac-Mayweather fight will once again heat up.
If Timmy wins, he gets to have 2 wins over Pac under his belt and pretty much be recognized as the second best WW in the world under Floyd and that fight might be in demand.
F*CK THE COLD WAR!!
A Pacquiao win is better for boxing. Pacquiao is much more popular and much more fun to watch in the ring. Pacquiao is a humble respectful fighter. Bradley is an annoying bragger and his own biggest fan. The guy brags on himself non stop. He is an even worse bragger than the three English boxers Fury, Khan and Froch. If he beats Pacquiao in the rematch his bragging will go through the roof.
An entertaining memorable fight with a clear victor.
Boxing would benefit from Pacquiao winning as far as gaining more awareness amongst casual fans. A dominant Pacquiao victory would bring the inevitable talk of a mega fight. Though it will never happen the talk alone will raise more awareness of the sport.
I can't believe someone would hold out on paying "imaginary points"
that's the only positive thing he got in life... and of course his crack pipe.
this thread is 1000X more interesting than all of your threads combined... slurping fraud's balls and defending his ducking ways. stfu and pay your debts on the broner fight.

Speak the truth, brother. Speak it!
why do people ask questions like this???what is best for boxing is that the right man gets the correct decision

Larry you just got owned:owned2::owned2:
Sorry, but Bradley is never going to be a star. He does everything pretty well and nothing great. Literally no one likes him, even his own family. He needs to be taken out.

An entertaining, memorable fight between two top fighters with fair officiating and judging is good for boxing by itself. Boxing will be fine no matter who wins.
