Let the debate begin.
Some say Rocky Marciano because he retired undefeated.
Some say John L., others say "Gentlemen Jim when it was in the sweet science early stage.
Others could argue Jack Dempsey, Billy Conn, or others could go with the modern day guys like Ken Bucanhann, or the undefeated Joe Calzage.
There were others that are escaping me at the moment, but I would like to hear from you guys to see who are your choices.....
Just a tidbit on my end, Marciano's toughest foes were over the hill heavies, John L, and others from that era refused to fight men of color, as well as Dempsey. Calzage to me ducked prime time fighters during his reign as well.
