Maybe I was extra disturbed by it. Most orthodox Muslim and Jewish funeral rites like Jesus' involve a next day burial, quick preparation of the body, in a very natural state. You are buried in a simple shroud/cloth. In fact some really orthodox Muslims will also level their gravestone.

I don't' know how common that is in PR but I've seen a lot of pictures of dead dudes standing up even on a motorcycle. That shit is pretty creepy though, taking pictures like they're at a wax museum.
