Its no different than scheduling them against TBAs at this point in where Ortiz is at but if he wants to make some money for getting beaten up then that is up to him I guess. Its too late he just got stopped in 2 and quit against Collazo, there is nothing to cash out because there is no way to sell him as a viable opponent his only win of note was Berto who was also ko'd recently. Look, Ortiz is going to headline anytime soon, but I would feed him to all my big names coming off losses,,, broner, ghost, Devon, khan, soto karass... Ortiz vs any of those guys would be great as a PPv opener

It's obvious that he was trying to protect his jaw last night. I think it's over for him, the way he turn his back after getting caught and didn't get up.

He looked incredibly robotic and non skilled last night before the KO. He was simply swinging for the fences. Cash out time is long gone. Even his biggest supporter, Oscar himself, called for him to turn his gloves in and walk away.

Who knows, maybe Ortiz would be better suited in the underdog role. Obviously he has some good tools to work with. Mental fortitude has been his biggest hurdle by miles. But in the heavy favorite role -- he has been atrocious. Some guys just crumble underneath of the pressure of being "the guy".

ok, obviously ortiz getting ko'd by Collazo was a worst case scenario.. If Ortiz keeps fighting, GBP should just cash this dude ASAP I dont think anyone would be upset if say ortiz-broner was on the floyd undercard, or ortiz-berto 2, ortiz-thurman, etc They need to cash this guy out in 2014 I heard Oscar already said in not so many word.

no one is gonna take him serious anymore even if he did manage to pull off a good come back run.. the thought of him quitting is already planted into everyones mind. its not like he quit just once... I enjoy watching Ortrees get knocked out or made to quit, never gets old and i hope it happens again. Please don't retire Ortrees.
