they only have 3 months now to promote, train, and prepare for the fight. what the heck is taking so long, and not just manny, but floyd is taking forever too and his fight is in less than four months now.
pacs fight has gotta be delayed at this point right?
Put it this way.. manny fought morales 3 times, barrera 2 times and marquez 4 times and if marquez wanted a 5th fight pac would have no problem with it so all this pac is ducking bradley is crazy. pac had the least trouble and took less damage with bradley than those other 3 yet pac is afraid to rematch bradley again? ok???
They don't call TR as The Rematches for nothing! hehehe...

if he turns it down-make sure you focus on the "realness" of the offer. As I understand it if tim doesn't get excatly what he wants then the offer isn't real and is designed to be rejected and is a duck move on the part of the team making the offer.
I hope you can undrstand how ****ing stupid the above logic is.
Dunn, don't worry about me... I'm not your garden variety nuthugger... I nuthug with class.
I already mentioned what I personally think Bradley is NOT worth it (50/50 or $10m+).
He can ask for more money, noone said he doesnt deserve it. but he better ask for a price that suits his current worth.
Asking for 50/50 or upwards of $10m would be ridiculous.

How can he price himself out? If he thinks he is worth more money and refuses to sign for that reason in an attempt to negotiate for more how can you criticize him for that when you would not impose an amount of self worth on manny?

Those quotes was addressing the claims that Pac is ducking the Bradley rematch NOW...
A lot of fans understood why Bradley turned down a rematch last year to fight JMM.
It also addresses why Pac was left with no dancing partner and had to settle for Rios.
To be honest with you, no one should be mad at Bradley at least for now, since the dude hasn't even address the potential rematch with Pac yet.
And he better not price himself out as that would be a clear duck.

I have noticed this also. With all of the talk/bashing that has been going on and the delay in both camps with providing an opponent for their next fight, I believe they are actually working behind the scenes to get a fight done. Will it happen in May? I doubt it, but I do think each side is trying.
come on now dunn, u know out of the pac fans im one of the few that actually look at it both ways and not just what manny says and i have criticized pac in the pass. but u're comparing 2 things with different reasons and saying its the same. u're only looking at what floyd offer and choose to ignore what the offer was and when it was offer how much more could pac have made. there was reasons as to why pac didnt take the offer as compare to tim. tim just didnt want the money at the time and would rather fight marquez instead to add more to his resume and there is nothing wrong with that but then just dont go saying manny is ducking him(not directly u but thats what other posters on here is saying).
I gave you credit for saying you didn't care that tim fought JMM see the post in this thread.
The same things apply in both cases. Tim beats JMM-he gets more in the Manny fight. Manny beats JMM- he's worth more in the floyd fight. The only difference is the dollar values.
When manny makes a decision that deprives fans of a fight-regardless of the reason-it should be condemned the same way tim ( and others) is condemned.
Bucktoothed's post and ironmt cosigning it was complete bull**** and is symptomatic of the problemswith a certain segment of manny's fanbase.
Those posters make it seem like its heiracy for other fighters to not take Manny's offer and agressively attack them for those decisions yet when manny makes the same decision they focus on the offer. Where is the consistency?
you cosigned bucktoothed's post. I qouted both posts so you know why I responded.
Its really simple-if tim, jmm etc etc should have taken his career high payday so should manny. If you differentiate-which you have in the past or if you justify manny doing it and not the others-which you have in the past-then its a problem.

i'm not going to differentiate. whenever manny turns a fight down his fans can give 100 reasons why and always defend/justify the decision. when other fighters do it those same manny fans always say any excuse/reason provided has no validity.
you can't just accept manny's reasons and not any other fighters. thats what you guys do and I find it to be annoying. Yes context matters but manny fans only allow context to count when it helps excuse manny's actions.
No matter what the reason-please criticize every fighter that turns down his career highest payday equally.

Nice try with the whole unbiased conspiracy theory, but previous Pacquiao/Bradley prediction threads tell a different story. How did I criticize Bradley?

POsting you think tim wins a rematch isn't you being unbiased-its you posting something you do not truly believe to appear to be unbiased so you can label me the opposite.
Again, I don't care why he refused his biggest payday ever. what I care about is manny fans like you who criticize him (and jmm, cotto and others) for this but didn't/don't criticize manny for doing the same thing.

Who's mad? I like Tim Bradley due to the guts he showed In the Provodnikov fight. As a matter of fact he has a legitimate shot at beating Manny In a rematch, via decision. See, not everyone Is biased, as you are with Mayweather. Again, why do you think Bradley passed up the biggest payday of his career In a rematch with Pacquiao to fight Marquez?

Maybe because Manny felt he didn't need to fight Tim again when he went after Marquez for the 4th time in his own the words the public felt I won no need for a rematch.
I would think he must have felt the need for a rematch or he wouldn't have offered him the biggest purse of his career. I believe he was accurate when he said that the public felt he won the first fight. Do you feel he beat Bradley?
This is Manny before Marquez4 all over again. Arum only gave him Bradley or marquez rematch options and there were rumors of pac sitting out until he got mayweather. Then, arum talked him out of it i tink n he got ktfod
Pac seems not interested with having only 2 options in bradley, or his friend ruslan. Thats why theres rumore of robert guerrero trying to get out hif gooden oy contract
Very odd though cuz mayweatherhas yet to announce his opponent as well, but pacquiaos fight is soon, he still gotta train n prepare for the style. S,ething fishy
The point isn't about why tim turned the fight down, its why manny fans like you criticize tim for turning down his career high payday, criticize JMM for that, criticized Cotto for that when he didn't rematch at a cw, yet don't criticize manny for that.
Of course you try and make it something else because you easily see how this stuff makes manny fans like you look.
at least evol was honest about it-he isn't mad at tim for doing it just like he isn't mad at manny.

and why did manny turn it down? now explain why tim turn manny's offer down? u're comparing 2 instance but u fail to point out why. manny turn floyds offer down the first time because of cut off date for ost, manny turn floyd's flat fee of $40mil down because of no ppv split and this could also be another reason why pac turn it down and here is what u posted (What happened to a fighter turns down a career high payday because there is a problem with the offer or the offer wasn't real?). now why did tim turn pac's offer down again?
