Who's the better boxer? I've already explained several times why I think Vitali is/was better. Tell us who do you think is the better of the two brothers.
Wladimir is better, but also more vulnerable. Wladimir had lot's of problems with punchers in the past, but his safety first approach neutralizes them now.
Vitali smashed two fighters that stopped Wlad. That's mostly the reason why most think Vitali would handle Wladimir. Including me. He just the better, more natural fighter. Wladimir is a better classical boxer with more one punch power. Vitali's instincts, reflexes and intelligence make him the favorite.
Great post.agreed.

Good post.

There, fixed it for you.
Vitali always gets way too much credit for losing well to a great fighter. You might as well rate Mercer over Vitali for the same reasons Vitali gets rated over Wlad. Wlad is better and greater.

Wlad has a better career and resume
but head 2 head Vitali would beat his arse....
Vitali is a much better fighter but doesnt have the resume wlad has,,
Had vitali not retired in 05 during his peak, his resume would probably be much better
The Klitschko's will become more appreciated with time. People realize they weren't simply winning due to their size and strenght; they are both skillful, very fine pugilists with high ring IQ's.
How about that top 20 list?

I Wlad retired after Leapai he'd be ranked above Lennox by anyone with a brain. Lennox got flat backed by Rahman a three fights before he retired, ostensibly in his "prime", and got chased out of the sport by Vitali.
Good trolling....Excellent!! :fing02:
I'm interested in hearing why you think Wlad is by far the better boxer? IMO, they are both black belts.
Im interested in your top 20 list and how you can rank Vits 15th....how about posting it?
Yes. Its really a shame, I've seen enough of your posts to see you have more ability to be rational than most K haters, you just choose to be a complete moron.
Yes I have.
But Sam Peter never came close to beating Wladimir. He scored a couple of flash knockdowns, but was beaten to a pulp in every round of the fight (almost).
Did Sam Peter nearly beat Wlad?

It's actually the opposite of what the conventional wisdom on these forum boards hold (although most non forum boarder experts etc have it closer to the truth). Depending on how long Wlad's career lasts, this could change, but right now, Vitali has the better legacy, but I'm not convinced he would beat Wlad H2H prime for prime. Legacy and all time, non H2H ranking is NOT based solely on number of high level opponents faced as many here seem to assume, its about performance against the very best of the opposition and performance in all matchups. Vitali beat the two best post Lewis, non K HW's, Sanders and Peter, both of who beat or nearly beat Wlad, and he did it in dominant fashion. Moreover, while outside of that, his opposition was slightly weaker and less diverse than Wlad's, he was nevertheless more dominant in those wins. All told, it amounts to a top 10 all time HW status for Vitali, and just outside the top 10 for Wlad. Apart from legacy, Vitali is also the more dominant, complete fighter, who would beat more types of fighters more handily than Wlad. All that said, Vitali's weakness is that his style is less suited to very tall, reachy, powerful HW's, per Lewis and to a lesser extent Sanders. Wlad would be the best test of that weakness outside Lewis. I think it could go either way, if Vitali survived the fight on his feet(he's got the greatest chin all time among top HW's, but anyone can be knocked out and this would be his greatest test) and without being stopped on injury, then he'd win any decision. Of course, its also very possible he'd ko his weaker chinned brother.

Wladimir is by far the better boxer and has the better resume by a country mile.
I like Vitali but he is so overrated based on his stats against absolute duds.
Is that a dud in your avitar?
