Floyd -Ortiz 2 happen in 2015 if!! Ortiz wins his next 3 fights!! He wins his next fight Then Fights Lara/Angulo(Beats him) Then Fights Canelo(beats him) This is the only way I see him Happening!! because the public would be crying for a Rematch!!!

I hope Mayweather continues to fight people who actually earn a shot. People call it cherry picking, but really who can say that Guerrero and Canelo did not earn their shot (or at least claim) for a Mayweather fight. If Ortiz gets another solid win after this fight his name could be thrown in the hat. At least for selling purposes there is a little drama surrounding the first fight to sell to casuals. are we still pretending guerrero is good? I thought there was a limit of 6 months before and after every Floyd fight where everyone pretends the person Floyd fought was great but then we go back to reality. wasn't that the agreement? 6 months are up! guerrero is a bum. he won't even fight Thurman! canelo still has a couple months left...........

Ok I just finished watching the first fight again. Mayweather won rounds 1 3 4 ( Ortiz was having his best round in round 4 until the sucker punch)

I could definitely see it happening IF Ortiz can get some good wins together. In terms of marketability, there's a background and storyline behind it. But I definitely don't want to see it and hope it doesn't happen. (At this point in time) I doubt it does happen, to be honest.

Ortiz needs to fight a few people, the guys been inactive for ages At least Khans been fighting and training Ortiz has been busy with dancing with the stars I dont think Ortiz is yet ready for any big challenges khans hardly been active hes fought 3 times in 2 years

i agree with the martinez fight that should happen,manny fight cannot be made so pointless even talking about it and realistically why fight GGG when middleweights wont fight him,hes simply to big for mayweather taking risk and doing the seemingly impossible is what TRUE ATG do. triple GGG at 154 or 160, past PAC at 147, Martinez at 154 or 160? those are alternatives i agree with the martinez fight that should happen,manny fight cannot be made so pointless even talking about it and realistically why fight GGG when middleweights wont fight him,hes simply to big for mayweather
