Im talking the fights that are the proverbial "close but clear" fights that you strongly feel should have gone the other way.
Thought it'd be interesting to see the close fights that people scored differently than most.
Just two that come off the top of my head:
I felt Quartey clearly beat Oscar
I felt Marquez edged Bradley.
I've always thought Quartey got robbed against Oscar. Seemed clear to me.
Have never understood how Pac/Marquez 3 is called a robbery.
I'm very surprised Chavez Jr./Vera is considered a robbery. I can see a legit way to score it for Chavez.
All of my draws:
Cotto-Mosley draw
Bradley-Pac draw
Trout-Cotto draw
Marquez-Bradley draw
Broner-Malignaggi draw
Kessler-Froch II draw
Others:
Clottey over Cotto
Calzaghe over Hopkins
Williams over Martinez I
Murray over Martinez*
Canelo over Trout
Lara over Molina
Marquez over John
Judah over Matthysse
Ortiz over Peterson
Khan over Peterson
LOL are you serious?
Did you also have Castillo over Mayweather?
And did you have the unpopular opinion of Whitaker beating Chavez too?
I think the majority felt Ike beat DLH.
Relax, guy.
I remember seeing polls on here where the majority felt Oscar pulled it out w/ his 12th round rally.
I actually had Castillo/Mayweather a draw.
Perfect examples for the most part btw, that's what I was looking for. Not sure why you felt the need to try and take a shot though.
I thought Khan clearly beat Peterson as well...even including the BS deductions.

The Marquez Bradley fight sticks out for me. I thought Bradley edged it out by 2points but you gotta be careful with the hbo crew they really can persuade the way u see fights especially the casual fans. They like to make fights seem one sided.
actually scored 5 rounds for canelo vs wayweater due to body shots .....
oscar did not beat felix sturm
broner did not beat paulie
canelo did not beat trout
trout - cotto was a draw
mayweather by landslide UD over ODLH (whooped his ass)
vanes-andrade was a draw
I had Sweet Pea beating Oscar De La Hoya
De la Hoya over Mayweather, Tito & Mosley (rematch)
Clotey vs Cotto a draw
I know some people say Hagler got robbed against SRL, but I think SRL clearly won.
Provodnikov beat Bradley IMO as well
Bazooka vs ODH draw
Yeah, the majority had Mayweather beating Castillo :lol1:

I would say that the majority agree with you on that one.
I don't know how Peterson got that draw. I thought Ortiz beat up Peterson for the majority of the 10 rounder, including the couple of KD's. It should have been a win. Peterson had some success in 3-4 rounds tops, but Ortiz won like 5-6 clearly, with the KD's that's a win.
Another one. Sorry man, we are cool but It's okay to argue still. These are not decisions agreed upon by the "vast majority". Any one you ask thinks Matthysse won both fights.
Ah I see what you mean. Not necessarily fight where the judges got it wrong, but fights where you saw it different than EVERYONE.
In that case,
Froch beating Dirrell off the top of my mind. I know everyone says Dre clearly won, but I scored that fight for Froch live and always have on my rewatches.

Cotto-Mosley draw

Matthysse clearly beat Judah and Alexander. Very clearly. Garica fight was close and the KD round was what lost it for him on the cards.
