Khan or Maidana, who has a better chance to defeat Mayweather?

Maidana has a better shot but only marginally. Khan v. Mayweather has a much better chance of being a better, more exciting fight. Id much rather watch Khan v Mayweather.

Maidana has a better shot at landing a miracle KO punch than Khan does of actually winning a decision by outboxing Money. Exactly the same way I'm thinking. Khan is there to outbox Floyd. THAT **** AIN'T WORKING. Maidana knows out boxing Floyd won't work, and he'll try to make it UGLY and go for the KO at every turn. Maidana has the better chance of winning off a KO shot than Khan does of out boxing Floyd.

Khan is significantly faster and more mobile than those two. But it's the way he applies that speed that's gonna get him KOd. It's almost a guarantee Floyd would knock a guy like Khan out, or have the ref stop it.

Marquez fought the fight of his life and broke his face 4 times against pacquiao.. Where are all these guys who say cotto gave mayweather a hard fight coming from? In the fight I saw Cotto didn't win 2 rounds max. Floyd used to be faster than everybody, but he's not the fastest anymore. A fighter with speed and angles will give him problems. Stop drawing your own conclusions. Point was that Mayweathet got touched up, bloodied & didn't look as marvelous as he did against other opponents due to limited footwork and Cotto's brawling/boxing hybrid style. The older Mayweather gets the more problems those types of fighters will give him.

i really don't understand why so many people give more chances to khan that maidana, i mean, the guy barely beat diaz in his last fight, the only fight in 2013, and he looked like trash, he got KD in the 4º round and really hurt in the 10 th, he was almost out. with this i don't say maidana beats floyd, but has a better chance. he has improved with garcia, and comes from 4 victories in a row with 3 KOs, and don't forget that he was supose to get outclassed by broner in his last fight.

The Khan fight would be more exciting too IMO, Khan's style and attributes would force Floyd to apply pressure. Against Maidana he'd just move and counter, rinse and repeat x 12 rds.

they both don't have a chance period. stylistically, khan can cause some problems against floyd because of his handspeed and mobility but his weak chin will always be his downfall. maidana on the other hand would be just a punching bag for floyd. floyd's skills and style is just the worst matchup for a fighter like maidana. maidana has balls but he's slow with no footwork and a questionable stamina.

Id pick khan to fight mayweather over maidana any day. how many times has mayweather whooped guys like maidana who all supposedly carried that one punch power. khan brings somthing different to the table, with his speed and footwork. Khan has proved he can get up from a big punch. although some say he looks hurt. His trainer virgil has a point he does not think to go into survival mode, he just begins trading whilist hurt and the fight gets stopped. You have to remember boxers are humans after all, they all have a limit of punishment they can intake. I also, in my opinion believe all boxers have a ko weakness regardless of who you are. he is vunerable yes. but with all this hype beetween him training with virgil i really hope that change is brought about because; i truly believe if khans defense takes a uturn he will be a force within the 140 and 147 division. i cant remember the last time mayweather has truly fought someone with khans speed and footwork. althought judah kinda met these conditions at the time he fought mayweather but only for the first few rounds he did well. i believe the fight with khan is more likely to happen, considering the sport is all about business, and the stakes will be higher beetween khan and maidana.

I say Maidana. You can't outbox Floyd, you have to rough him up & get him out of his comfort zone. Look at how effective it was for DLH & Cotto. You gotta slow somebody down before you can make going for broke count. With Floyd's conditioning and defense, that's not going to happen with Maidana. Oscar couldn't land anything, Cotto couldn't land anything, Mosley landed 2 shots. Seriously what is maidana going to do but swing and miss and get Gatti'd. Do you forget this is Floyd mayweather we're talking about? You're in denial. Floyd got touched up in both of those fights more than he has in awhile; point is you need heart and grit or a slicker technique to get hands on Floyd.

Neither are capable of beating Mayweather, but Khan could win a round or two. Maidana would lose every round. He's a counter-puncher's dream.

lmao at dummies who voted Maidana - he got no chance at all against Mayweater. Khan at least has speed to make some rounds very competitive while Maidana gets destroyed by Mayweather. Khan already beat down Maidana anyway so Maidana doesn't even deserve the shot. That would be Mayweather fighting Khans leftovers which basically means he ducking Khan

In all honesty, probably Khan. He offers something a bit different in terms of his speed. We've seen Mayweather cope well with Maidana's style before. In fact, it plays into Mayweathers hands. I would say Maidana is far more deserving of the fight than Khan though!
