Some Uchiyama training highlights

I'd love so much to see Uchiyama/Garcia. Arum said he wants to try and bring more Japanese fighters to Macau... starting off with Shimoda against V12 in Feb. soooo.... possibility of garcia/Uchiyama... possibility He's a great fighter, but needs to get moving on some big fights before his time is up. He's well into his mid 30's and not getting any younger. He's got a chance to beat most of the guys at 130, though Garcia would be a tough one. Hopefully he unifies against Miura in a rematch

I'm in the oita city gymnasium, where Uchiyama and Miura are both fighting in a couple of hours.

lol at the ignorant americans who think that the whooole world has to come to the US to defend their titles... america isnt the only boxing market in the world anyway: hope for garcia/uchiyama.... very big fight. I would favor garcia heavily. Not because uchiyama isnt good, but garcia is such a great fighter.

Yeah, totally agree.. garcia is a good young champ, but would love to see him test his skills vs uchiyama,, I think uchiyama is the only guy besides gamboa that could really test garcia at 130.. I would favor garcia slightly over uchiyama, but its a 55/45 type fight I agree Uchiyama also showed against Miura that he can adapt as he was having problems with Miura's aggressive southpaw style and adapted to it by jabbing his way to a stoppage victory.
