Floyd must have been so happy that Manny lost last year because he thought that they would stop asking that question "When will you fight Manny" Every time Floyd does an interview people want to know "When will you fight Manny" So I understand when your idol is just not willing to fight one of the riskier opponents out there for him. This is what I've been saying a few weeks ago. Showtime needs to spend a long time talking with Mayweather before going out there saying they want to negotiate the Pacquiao fight. Last time Haymon did it with then HBO president Ross Greenburg's supervision, Floyd ran away and spent a week with Don King, exploring the possibility of kicking out Haymon. 50 cent got burned also and made the mistake of assuming Floyd was all for it. Showtime needs to be careful when it comes to Floyd. I understand they're in a huge dilemma right now. They want the Pac fight, but Floyd will do anything to stop the fight from happening.

SHOWTIME is paying him more than any other athlete and probably pays more in taxes than Pac makes. If he fought Kahn in May and Pac in Sept I could live with that, it would almost make sense... he could see out 2015 with some half decent opposition, erm I dunno, Lara and then Bradley? . . . maybe even Maidana? How is he promoting his next fight? It's in MAY. Arum however is dropping Mayweather's name right before Pacquiao's last fight. Even though you're wrong, it's IRRELEVANT.
