What is amazing is that people considerCorrales,Canelo, Cotto, Mosely, Oscar,etc all cherry-picks...the fact is, they were coming off of GREAT performances and at the top of their weight divisions.These were all fighters that Floyd was criticized BEFORE the fight and people said he wouldn't fight them...then when he does-you guys b1tch up and down because he made it easy. Even now, if Floyd fought Pac, he would be criticized for not having the fight a few years back.As much as I want that fight there would be a lot of backpeddling after the results. I think it is mainly because our older generation of great fighters always moved up in weight even when they did not need to. Even though Floyd is a legit 140lber fighting at 147 he could still possibly fight at 160. If you claim you are the GOAT then you have to mirror or surpass our older generation of great fighters who went above and beyond to prove their greatness. Floyd is a all time great fighter, I believe nobody takes anything away from his boxing skills but with that, most fans and haters believe he has the ability and skill to fight fighters who out weight him by 15-20 lbs and still come out on top. Yes he has proved he is one of the best technical boxers ever but in this current state of boxing there are no real match make ups where anyone can say he is biting off more than he can chew unless he moves up. He does not have to move up don't get me wrong but to claim your the GOAT I believe you have to do as other proven GOAT fighters have done and fight people you have no business fighting. Same goes for Pacman. Or he could just fight pacman take that win and retire. 2013 Pacman is easy pickings vs a game 2009 pacman. He has moved up 5 weight classes. Floyd is a serial cherry picker in the worst possible way. The way he does that is not fighting often like everyone else, that way he can choose when he wants someone on his resume. Im sure by the end of his career, Floyd will have victories over Sergio Martinez, Pacman, and GGG on his resume, but dont let that fool you with Floyds fans saying he beat Sergio, Pac etc etc etc. Floyd should have fought Sergio when he was hot, soon after Sergio beat Pavlik.
