He called it. That shoulder roll is going right out of the window when Broner fights someone with a pulse

Broner should have been trained by Big Floyd for a while now, I feel. The guy tries to do the shoulder roll (badly) and doesn't counter punch off it at all. Floyd Sr. could easily make him a better fighter who doesn't have to decide whether to punch or defend, but do both simultaneously. I've always been a fan of Floyd Sr's training style, but that's just me. I know it doesn't work for everyone, obviously, but a guy like Broner could seriously benefit from baving Floyd Sr. in his corner. I made a thread years back about Berto, saying he should have hired Floyd Sr. as well, but we obviously know now that didn't pan out.

Now both Adrien Broner and Matthysse lost their last fights lopsidedly in which they were the favorite to win.It shows that Floyd senior knew what he was talking about all along(no surprise there considering he`s a great trainer and that he made Floyd junior what he is today),And that he doesn`t easily fall for the hype,and that its takes a lot more then shoulder rolls and punching power to impress him. Matthysse fight wasn't lopsided at all.
