They way Maidana overwhelmed Anally Busted, was perfect in its execution. It gave so many messages and set the tone perfectly. Maidana showed he wasn't in there to play games, and with his first punch, landed on Argentinas B1tch and sent him reeling. You could see immediately that AB knew he picked the wrong fight and wanted out just as fast. Crying to the ref didn't help matters any, nor did shaking his head. That is one way to get super confident guys out of their comfort zone.
Everyone has a game plan until they get hit so they say, all credit to Maidana here. Never thought he has good enough or quick enough to caught the overrated one. So for him to drop him, hurt him and beat him decisively makes me a happy man even doe I was wrong with my initial pre-fight assessment.
Yea it gave him no time to get ready and pick him apart, Marcos brought everything punching power, good defense, and the heart to finish!
chino coulda knocked him out if cole didnt stall. or if maidana had more left in the tank. dude was dow right exhausted

I don't think it was part of the game plan. Garcia is more of a smart/cautious kind of trainer. I think the fight was veeeery personal to Maidana, so he came out blazing guns.
Pretty sure it was the gameplan. They said that they knew Maidana had to throw a huge onslaught of punches at Broner because he'd struggle with dealing with huge output.
Also I'm sure Robert Garcia watched enough tape to know that Broner doesn't always come out fast and likes to sit back and see what his opponent does first.
