He got beat by a B fighter, at best, for 12 rounds. For 12 rounds, he couldn't adjust to the style of a slow, plodding gassing fighter with a suspect chin. What makes you think he will change his style after 24 years? He won't. He just was never and will never be as good as you thought he was, that's all.

haha, im no broner dick rider/fanboy. He is one of my favourite fighters but i tell it like it is. Its crazy boxers were never expected to have an undefeated record through out his career. Now this is what it comes down to...... Broners mental strength, if broner has the mental strength of legends like Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard. He could bounce back and become a much better fighter. Cuz this is a huge wake up call for him. But if Broner has weak mental strength, he is screwed big time. Hope Canelo comes back strong too. I agree that broner will be back stronger. He showed heart in this fight and great recovery skills. I actually voted maidana ud in a forum poll . Should have bet on it...was 5/1 in uk. Agree with this post, fight was almost as i expected only thing i thought wrong on was that Broner would be a little more active then he was. I picked Maidana by ko in that poll cause i was uncertain of Broner would react to being hurt. He react well, got talent, skill, now he has to pick up the activity and control the temple better then he did. He showed how strong he was but looked at times he depended on it too much, puts too much power in all his shots which is why likely is activity drops. Broner vs Berto?
