he's been under contract much of the time. i have heard from several sources that manny is a "free agent" in 2014. it's not arum's fault that manny is broke. he's manny a lot of money in purses. if you think that manny is smart with his money you're mistaken. it takes terrible decision making for several years to blow that much money.
