i'm just guessing here but i think it's bradley. pacquiao already beat the guy. plus both are under TR. arum is very predictable these days and his next logical move is to face pacquaio against bradley. the risks are marginal but the rewards are great.
marquez got dismayed after his last fight against bradley and in his mind, got robbed (again). according to him, he'll most likely retire if a rematch does not surface. a pacquiao fight does not interest him at all.
provodnikov is off the table since it's obvious who roach would choose. the money for that fight is not yet there, arum won't risk it.
mikey garcia called out pacquiao and roach answered it but the difference in weight makes it questionable. if garcia wins a major title at 140 at least, then maybe they can start talking numbers.
pacquiao has no other options, there's no way in hell arum would collaborate with GBP. such a shame, i would have loved to see pacquiao vs danny garcia, maybe even broner. your thoughts?
Could a Cotto rematch be a possible option? Since Cotto was in China I know they are saying Canelo or Martinez. But I can see Cotto looking to revenge his loss to Manny.
Pacquiao's prospective opponents on April 2014:
Timothy Bradley II
Juan Manuel Marquez V
Ruslan Provodnikov (Ruslan doesn't want it, they are friends)
Adrien Broner (If Broner beats Maidana on Dec. 14)
Broner and Provodnikov are out of the question.

Its seems likely that it will be Bradley but what then if he beats him? Marquez and Provodnikov dont want the fight and the only other decent opponent is freakin Kell Brook.
