Groves, a big underdog just proved to everyone that he's a world class fighter. That was one of the most action-packed super middleweight fights I've seen... Groves has serious skills for a young fighter, and he's made me a big fan tonight. REMATCH!!

Craig did you hear Groves voice break when Paddy whispered into his ear,Groves was reflecting on his split during camp,then he appeared to get all emotional,I think maybe it was a reference to Adam Booth not having the belief Paddy had in him,he looked visibly upset,it wasn't in as many words,I would have to rewatch word for word. Paddy Fitzpatrick I thought conducted himself and tutored Groves all the way through admirably.a lot of respect and admiration has to go out to Paddy,as he refused to enter into the verbal war,didn't get involved in any bravado or speeches prior to the fight,unlike McCracken who was saying in a presser this week how Carl would triumph emphatically. Yeah, i've actually had quite a few conversations with George in the build up to the fight as I have done since the De Gale fight.. The split with Booth really hurt him (although granted even I wasn't sure wether Booth would show up in his corner) and I thought he gave such an amazing account of himself. The judges scorecards added with the stoppage the second Froch gets any sustained pressure in the fight screams a con job to me, couple this with George isn't technically a matchroom fighter anymore this is all a joke.

I am disgusted,Froch led with his forearm,punched whilst holding,tried every dirty trick in the book to ruff up Groves and wasn't penalised once. Groves schooled Froch the entire fight. The referee who was involved in the Malik Scott v Chisora controversy was a judge tonight,Groves was stitched from start to finish,and would have been robbed on the cards had he have weathered the storm. A horrible disgusting travesty,and the British claim Germany is a cess pit for crooked officials.and they want Andre Ward to go to England GET THE **** OUT OF HERE. Groves won a moral victory. We always say how bad the judging is in Germany but god British officiating is no better.

I rooted for George and thought he had a decent shot at beating him. Didn't expect him to flat out raping Froch though. Groves dominated him. Considering the circumstances, that's probably the worst stoppage I've ever seen. Disgusting.

After a fight... If George Groves doesn't get everyones respect, they don't know boxing. I can't say much else, I'm too upset. I feel great; i've finally ended my barren betting run against you! On topic, though, it was a terrible stoppage and ruined a great fight.

Groves bullied and battered Froch for most of that fight and then for some strange reason started trading with him. Groves ripped up his bullet proof plan and threw it out the window. Shocking stoppage though.
