Generally there's no civilized in the world where you're legally allowed to unlawfully hit someone. yeah whilst I think both Roach and Ariza are a pair of absolute bellends, I still take Roach over Ariza in a fight any day. Even now. Roach is all about that life, Ariza is a blagger, Roach would bite his eyes out.

I think Roach didn't call the police for several reasons. First, he instigated the confrontation. Second, he invited the Rios camp to settle things physically, "come and throw me out, make me leave" etc.. Third, it was a sissy kick anyway and clearly didn't even bother him as evidenced by the continuous and multi angle video footage after. Finally, the police would look at the footage and probably advise him to drop the charges anyway. I don't know how it is china but that is clear as day battery. Roach could have easily pressed charges and got him arrested if he wanted to.
