Any combination of Cotto-Canelo-Martinez would be awesome.

Cotto can fight anyone he wants at this point in his career. No one will give a f*ck. You can't say the same thing for Alvarez, who is only looking for money fights. Schaefer had set the bar too high for the Mexican fighter. High risk, low reward kind of fights are sneezed at. And I think whoever Cotto picks, it's most likely influenced by his new trainer Roach.

I hope that is true. Let us see who is the better of these two popular 154 pounders. I think Canelo wins but many like Cotto to win. Martinez is the middleweight champion and he should fight a top 3 rated middleweight.If he wants to fight 154 pounders he should step down from the middleweight title and challenge the Cotto-Canelo winner at 154.

Both fights are good but I think Cotto has a better chance at beating Canelo then Martinez.

Rather see cotto vs Martinez. That fight means more. Canelo dropped the ball with his last performance and his fight should not be on ppv. He needs to earn his spot and a big fight by facing Molina first. Cotto and Martinez would be epic hopefully these clowns don't get in the way

If this fight happen Cotto better knock out Canelo. Cotto will NOT get the decision. Cotto/Canelo is a setup for Canelo to bounce back from the lost. Wouldn't be surprise if GBP throw a ton of money for Cotto to take this fight. Cotto/Martinez is better fight for Cotto IMO. I cant really see either one getting screwed by judges if it goes the distance. And like the other poster mention this is legacy fight for Cotto if he wins. they will also throw a ton of money to the judges to score in canelos favor.

Every time Cotto fought somebody at least decent he lost, he lost! Cotto got TKO'd by Margarito and Pacquiao! He got thoroughly out boxed by Mayweather and Trout! Cotto is over the hill! you guys have been saying that cotto's been over the hill since the marg beating........but he bust pacs ear drum and swelled his entire face, gained a couple of decent wins (clottey, marg, mayorga, yuri) & gave a decent account for himself against mayweather. I'm not saying that he will beat canelo but cotto is a live dog..........

Both fighters have stamina issues. Both guys hit the body. One is younger and the other one is older. One was hurt by the other's little ass brother and little Floyd.
