I went ahead and transcribed Golovkin's interview from tonight's Stevens fight while listening. It took a few listens to get it right though. Enjoy.. lol Max: As usual Gennady congratulations. Max: Were you more careful with him than you would be with another opponent because of his punching power? You seem to be very aware of his left hook counters? GGG: You know Max, yeah, no, this is my strategy. Coach Abel told me, you know please, not crazy fight, not street fight, please box! Yes, yes of course coach, this is my box. Max: When he got up from that second round knockdown did it surprise you that he was able to get up from that and continue fighting? GGG: No, No. He's very good too. He's very good, he's good athlete, he's strong guy. Max: Did he shake you up with any of those shots he hit you with in the middle rounds? GGG: No, not serious.
