Tim has the best chance. Tim is a thinker, and he makes great adjustments in the ring. He also has very fast foot and hand speed so he will be able to hit Floyd where others could not. It would be a total chess match, but Tim definitely has the best shot at winning a chess match because he is the only guy that can actually play chess. All the other fighters are checkers players.
Tim is certainly an intriguing opponent for Floyd. However, everything he does Mayweather seems to do better. I would watch it just to see what happened, but I don't know what Bradley could do that would make much of a difference in the UD 12 outcome.

I don't think anybody at 147 or below can beat Mayweather. Pacquiao has the best chance because of his speed, workrate, two handed power, combinations from different angles, footwork, and southpaw style.I think GGG with his great power combined with skilled boxing could beat him at a top weight of 154.
After watching the Canelo and Cotto fight I notice that no one would beat Floyd. And not because he's that good but because Floyd really doesn't have to do much in the ring to get a decision. Jog around the ring and land three or four shots seems to be the judging criteria when fighting Floyd. Under normal rules however he loses to Martinez, Manny, and possibly Bradley at least 6/10 times.
Both fights are certainly interesting but neither wins against Floyd. Tim just doesn't hit hard enough to make Floyd too cautious, and Pac is not and never was skilled enough to beat Floyd, but two good fights anyway..
Floyd will retire undefeated. I can't see anyone beating him at all. he would have to move up a weight to give his opponents a chance.
And even then you can't beat what you can't hit.
I still think Pac has the best chance out of the fighters from 140-154, with Bradley, Trout, and Lara following suit. Still think Floyd wins all of those as of now, though.
Of those four:
1. Pacquiao: 25% chance of winning
2. Garcia: 20% chance of winning
2. Bradley: 20% chance of winning
4. Broner: 1% chance of winning
I agree with this except would have Pacquiao at 20% as well.
Broner is too flat footed.
I picked Manny but he doesn't even have a chance as of now. He probably has the best chance buts that's not saying much. No one has a good chance of beating 154 and under.
