When Bradley connected with that huge left that sent Juan staggering back. Instead of doing show-boating with his little walk-off, he should've stalked Juan where just a nudge of attack stance could send him to the canvas. Juan would make the 10 count but it would've sent the ultimate statement he (Tim) won the fight.
Bradley would have got knocked out if he went after Marquez. Y'all think that was Marquez staggering back :lol1:. Marquez was just moving back, he practiced that move many time in training. It's call dry back swimming, it's a technique Marquez used in retreating from his opponent, you move back faster if you spin your arms like you're swimming backward. Bardley did the right thing by staying away or he would have got his azz spark, Marquez wasn't hurt at all but just retreating backward with his dry back swimming move.
This is exactly what I thought, he doesn't seem to have a killer instinct like Floyd does.
You the man Dwyer! Am a fan.:biggthump
If this is indeed Dwyer.
Bradley could have, if he did that in the 11th round and had more time.
This also makes me wonder if Pacman hits hard, because Manny hit JMM with some power combos and ripped up JMM's face and unlike the previous fights JMM didn't even wobble or drop.
Pac hit Mosley with and Cotto who are big guys and they dropped. JMM mysteriously gained the ability to not drop anymore or Pac's punch has lost mustard?
If you are talking about their last fight, Marquez was knocked down (glove touched mat) and was wobbled in that round before he knocked manny out.
Who cares? He didn't, but Bradley still won the fight soundly. We all know Juan's a little chinny but what makes him great is he always gets up and finishes a fight. One of the best P4P punchers knocked him down 3 times in the first round and he got up to finish the fight!
Think Marquez was more hurt with Bradley's right hand in round 10. He was wobbled in that round whereas in the 12th he just got knocked off balance in an exchange but it looked worse than it was

The left hook that Bradley landed in the end was while he was leaning and going backwards. With that and Marquez stumbling to the other side of the ring, he had no chance for a KD afterwards. He just chose to admire the hook instead
If he could have then he should have. Some fans think Marquez won. If Bradley had scored a knock down I doubt they would still think Marquez won. A killer instict is a great asset to a good fighter. Canelo has it and Bradley could use more of it. It's part of the reason he only has 11 KOs.
I disagree. Juan staggering back was there for the taking, and I agree with a killer instinct mentality. Floyd when Victor Ortiz made a huge mistake in the fight by trying to be "friends" got KO'd. Tim let Juan off the hook, if he went after him knowing he was done instead of knowing he won the fight, he possibly could have the KO on his record.
But JMM could have done the same to Bradley when he foolishly raised his hands thinking it was a KD. Marquez even yelled at Bradley before charging him. That was the only classy thing JMM did that night.
