Different styles for sure but we had one boxer landing fewer but more meaningful shots and another boxer essentially potshotting from the outside, circling. If Broner beat Paulie, Marquez beat Bradley. Paulie landed more on Broner imo than Bradley did on Marquez. You can't have it both ways I guess. Marquez performed much better against Bradley than Broner did against Paulie!
Stop these lame ass threads, Marquez is the most overrated fighter of modern times, bitter midget made his name piggybacking off the fact that he gave Pacquiao a series of competitive fights....:lol1: sore loser.
Stop your lame ass threads about Khan and the "bootie dew" first.
Very bad comparison; if one was to ask me. While it's true that according to the Compubox Punchstats, Paulie Malignaggi was indeed the busier of the two fighters but at the same time, Adrien Broner was the more accurate and landed more also.
On the other hand with the Bradley-Marquez bout, the Compubox Punchstats were the total opposite. Timothy not only out landed Marquez but at the same time was the more active of the two as well by out hustling him by more than a hundred punches. So that argument right there is somewhat flawed.
Overall, Timothy put on a much more dominating performance against JMM than either Paulie or Adrien in their bout.
bad comparison. neither fight was close anyways, broner clearly beat malignaggi and bradley clearly beat marquez. JMM wasnt landing better shots early, bradley was landing better punches and more off them. as was broner, great defense on top of that for both.
in realty broner beat paulie pretty comfortably.........he was penalized for not knocking him out though (the fight wasn't even a SD)
a lot of people gave paulie credit for being able to go the distance.........
Marquez clearly lost, and Marquez is a sore, whining loser along with people who keep starting these garbage threads. Bradley continues to be disrespected and it's getting old.
I disagree. Marquez landed several hard, meaningful shots. Bradley essentially fought the same type of fight as Paulie, just had more behind his punches. That being said, Marquez wasn't hurt, he was off balance several times, not hurt. I think It was closer than Lederman had, a draw would have been good. Bradley won though, that's that.

I couldn't argue with a draw, I guess technically a split decision shows that Marquez' performance was judged more accurately by at least one judge. Shame the other two weren't seeing things a little clearer.
Did you see Paulies face after the fight?
Broner landed clear precise shots and hurt Paulie.
JMM landed virtually nothing, he nearly got knocked down twice
Bradely was doubling up with the jab all night, landed at will with the right
Bradley landed not only more punches he also landed the more damaging punches
JMM lost, I gave him 4 rounds

Bradley clearly won a close decision against JMM.
Broner also won a very close decision. It's just that broner is one of the most hated fighters on here, so at the time after the fight everyone was overreacting because so many wanted him to lose.
I think bradley and broner were the right winners... although broner did NOT impress me!
