I haven't found a place locally that's showing the fight and I am not sure I blame them. I'm interested in the fight but I'm not THRILLED about it and I'm a boxing fan. So it's not going to draw a lot of casual fans. Plus the card isn't all that great.
I'm not trying to pay for it either. Not sure where I am going to watch it yet.
You forgot to buy kleenex. You're going to need it after JMM stands over Bradley's lifeless body.
Nah I got that covered, I'm going to use the shirt that JMM wore into the ring because they are just going to cut it off of him at the hospital anyways.
Could you imagine getting a lap dance and Marques or Bradley getting a KO, I'd push the bitch out of the way in my excitement :lol1:
LOL. It's funny because 90% of the people are watching the fight so the dancers just sit by themselves in the corner.
I used to go to bars to watch fights, but after I pay the $10 cover, order an appetizer, and have some bourbons I usually end up spending at least the cost of the fight anyways so I just get them at home these days.
Plus I don't have to watch it in a noisy place with nobody paying attention until the main event and I always have to end up explaining rules/scoring to people because almost nobody in the place knows the difference between boxing and UFC anymore.
This is true too. You go to a bar its:
$10-12 for cover
$15-20 for some wings and fries
$20 more on 3-4 beers
By the time you leave you covered the cost of the PPV.

My house, I just hung my 52 inch plasma up over the fire place, got the fight ordered and the speakers pumping. Got the brew and an 8th of dank as party favors.

lol.....Tried that twice and will never do it again

I always find it funny how strip clubs are the spots that almost always show PPVs. That just not a place i'd wanna watch a fight

i think this fight is going to deliver. i just don't like paying ppv money for it.
bradley's gonna try and box, get hit wth something big (or a combination,) and get into a war again.
he'll win early rounds, but i'm epecting a marquez knockout.
if the hard punching marquez of the manny fight fights the sloppy bradley of the provodnikov fight, we will have an absolute war.
if marquez doesn't get old, or timmy doesn't surprise me with discipline and the ability to use his legs, i'm picking a marquez knockout.
both guys might go down. should be a wild fight.
It is 50/50 on excitement for me. It's either going to be a great entertaining fight, or it's going to be a boring technical fight....you won't know til you watch it.
Personally I work on saturdays, and while it's an interesting match-up and a good one....I'm not planning on taking off for it like I do with some other PPVs. Mainly because it's not casual friendly. If I'm going to shell out money and not work (hence losing money) I want to do it with a bunch of friends, and have fun whether the fight is good or not.
It's going to be hard to find a sports bar that carries it in an area that isn't huge on boxing, or has a huge mexican population....I can't justify spending 140+$ to watch this fight with one friend on the couch... which is sad because it's a great fight, that just generally doesn't excite the public.
Watching it at home on the flat screen. Sucks it's 64.95 for hd but I split the cost with a buddy so thirty bucks isn't that bad. Plus it's a pretty much guarantee that this fight will be better than mayweather vs canelo
Where you at? Even the strip clubs down here are showing it. I'm watching it at home though.

I'm looking forward to the fight because it can go either way....but have I anticipated it like many other fights this year? No.
New England...I hear you...don't have too many friends who know the first thing about boxing.
BTW...I got Bradley winning if he can stick to the game plan which is probably to box Marquez. Bradley lingers after he throws combinations which is why he stay getting caught. If he does that against Marquez, Marquez will eat him with counters. If he can discipline himself and no brawl, Bradley should win by decision. Until it happens, I am almost convinced Bradley is physically unable to be knocked out lol.
come to MA, bro, rofl. we can drink beers, and i can atually talk boxing for once. my friends couldn't tell a jab from a straight right hand.
PM me your address
Like most Brits - at 4 in the morning on my couch with a pot of coffee.
I am very excited about this fight. I really like Marquez and Bradley it is going to be electric.
Is Lomachenko on this undercard?

Spot on prediction.
If Bradley wants this win, he's gonna have to stink it up except Marquez is going to make him war just to win close rounds.
