Ohhhh he mad now. He's mad cause of the stunt that Stevens pulled.

Stevens later said that it was just hype, and that there was nothing personal behind it, also noting that after the fight, "everything's cool." It doesn't sound like Gennady Golovkin is looking for the "everything's cool after the fight" approach.
But nope he done F*cked up now.
"I show him real action in the ring. I want street fight. ... No decision, I want street fight. Put just a beating on him. Absolutely, yes. Absolutely, yes.
In other news Cleverly wants a rematch with Kovalev in the US
Winding-up someone as dangerous, capable and ruthless as GGG well-before fight night with some questionable humour, when he can get even more-focussed and physically fit = Curtis making his first major league, dumb-arse mistake.
GGG is not joking around; best that you don't either!
A few people have suggested Curtis has got under Genas skin, but he didn't seem rattled or angry so much as distainful. I'm as sure as I can be it won't effect GGGs performance on the night. He is always every inch the focused professional in the ring, and years of top flight amateur performance under the highest pressure ensure that he won't be put off his game.
I predict a calculated, clinical, cataclysm.
You are correct tho, Stevens is not a fighter it would be wise to lose focus against. Curtis is far from the best fighter in the division, but more capable than most of making people pay for their lapses.
GGG delivers a CCC I like that :fing02:
GGG brand is developing very quickly and existence of haters is just essential part of popularity. as time goes by and haters talk ****, GGG will be cleaning out the MW division and there will be less and less excuses left for other title holders to avoid him.
P.S. however in boxing everything can happen, so I wish GGG comes to the ring with cold heart and mind

GGG da gawd, on the same day off camera I asked him about getting a grill like Danny Garcia's. He scoffed and was like 'that's bull****' too. GGG kinda comedy when you talk to him like a normal person.
Signing some everlast gloves I gave away, same day as the interview.

Always get the impression he's a pretty down to earth kinda guy. When he's not being interviewed, you see him clowning a bit, always seems to be laffin' an having fun with the other guys in the gym (or outta it). Also seems to be a genuinely popular guy with other fighters who know him.
There's an interview in a Kazakh paper where he basically says he doesn't really like having to put on a front for interviews etc, but that's just the business. He rather just get on with the fighting.
And yeah, I can't really see him as a 14K gold grill kinda guy. I ain't either.
I think he didn't get that the GGG casket was a light-hearted joke/publicity stunt and is taking it as a serious threat, like a gullible child
You even watched the vid where he talks about it? He ain't looking mad or angry, or snarling or anything. Calm, but just not smiling like he usually always is. He's basically dismissive, saying it's a stupid stunt and he prefers to do his talking in the ring. Even acknowledges it's possible that Curtis could knock him out. Can't get why people even consider it worthy news TBH.
It was pretty tasteless of Curtis, considering GGG lost two elder brothers in the army (the family recieved no explanation, but seems like not on active service - dedovshchina perhaps?) - and may not have even got the bodies to bury.
That said, while GGG doesn't do that kinda stunt, and isn't used to it (in fact it's pretty much a US thing) I'm sure he knows it ain't serious, just that he seems to believe quite strongly in fighters respecting each other - always tries to find a good word for his opponents etc. I think he just feels it's kinda poor form by Curtis to behave in such a way.
The Stevens fanboys are quadruple posting now :lol1:
May God have mercy on their souls. GGG is going to send this guy back to the slums with a severely damaged rectum
Thats what i was thinking hopefully GGG is smart enough to just be saying that and not actually follow through like Floyd telling Guerrero they were gonna go "toe to toe"
Check out this weird answer. "Like Floyd telling Guerrero they were gonna go "toe to toe", lmao! Only inferior fighters and gullible fans get caught up in fight talk. Wining by any means necessary is all that counts.
Excuses, excuses, excuses.... He fought at 168-175 because he was fat. If he kept fighting in the divisions he didn't belong from 2004 til 2010 apparently he was stupid as wellI don't give excuses for fighters.

Yeah, I caught up with Stevens. I asked him if he would ever wear the clothes that GG wears, and he said ,"Hell ****ing no"! We laughed our asses off, and then he kept on carving that casket that he was my king for GG.
I see what you're saying, but he still had balls to fight in those weight class or classes even if he was fighting in a division he didn't belong in.

Lol golovkin will get a lot of hype from this one. I expect him to win but then again its Curtis sevens. Dude is a live dog only off the strength of his power. It'd be something tho if golovkin was the one who got starched. If Stevens lands so.e stuff we'll see how goof golovkkns chin is
And Adonis Stevenson was stopped by club fighter Darnell Boone and still went on to torch Dawson in less than 2 minutes when Dawson was hugely favored to win. History is littered with guys like Adonis Stevenson and Curtis Stevens winning titles as huge underdogs which means it is obviously not probable, but far from impossible. Power is the great equalizer and anything can happen in Boxing! GGG has more options inside those ropes with a better overall skillset but power can be a game changer. And the reason this fight is being hyped is because it is a GUARANTEED Ko, one way or the other. Since you are questioning why there is any hype, I assume you will not b watching it.
I already said that I would be watching the fight but I simply don't think it deserves any hype. If you're saying the fact that anything can happen and that punchers always have a punchers chance then you must get excited over a crapload of fights, dude! Wach/Klitschko must have excited the living crap out of you! lol
Golovkin making the bout a "street fight" works in Stevens's favour, he has a better chance of landing a lucky punch. Golovkin should box him.
