So he went from 1 gold digger to attaching himself to 30 gold diggers???
Floyd is gonna end up with a Roger Mayweather grill in 5 years and no money to show for it.
floyd can live like this for a while, but once he starts investing millions into bad investments, continuing his gambling habits he'll go broke for sure.
the purses and crap he may get for those hoes is nothing it's when he's making million dollar investments that will rape his bank account
He's a professional gambler. And it's not like he's the only one. If your a good enough handicapper you can make a great living placing bets a im sure Floyd knows plenty of those guys. I had a friend that did it for 7 years. It's not hard picking games. It's hard picking against the spread. But like I said if you know the right people it takes the risk out of it.

Surely he will hire a competent investment banker/ stock broker for that.
Exactly all of these hip hop stars and athletes may look like fools on the outside looking in with their spending habits, but that's because we're on the outside looking in. No one on this site has any clue what Floyd invests his money in or his long term plans with his money. Making statements like "He's gonna go broke" is simply speculation and envy. No one knows his financial situation yet we've got the gossip girls here getting their panties wet in excitement. That's less than a man in my opinion and I got no respect for little girls like that.
Preach. These dude's don't realize how people can protect and compound their wealth by investing in certain accounts. Floyd should still tone it down when he retires. I really hope doesn't have 20 cars in three cities.
I was thinking the exact same thing. That lifestyle is going to burn through his money. Hopefully he was just playing it up to the cameras and drops most of them when he retires.

I agree that some kids born into wealth have very limited parental guidance/advice about money management during their youth.
Many of the rich kids who seemingly blow a substantial amount of their inherited wealth frivolously and end up in the poor house, are sometimes by-products of negligent parents who were hardly in their lives a lot of times due to dysfunctional social and family lives and/or family tragedies.
.
very true
I know of kids who come from modestly wealthy families, we are talking like 2 - 3 million £ and they don't know the first thing about paying a bill or understand the concept of a mortgage. Spending daddies money on coke or computer games and satellite tv in every room in the house, while their parents are hard at work.
I just feel someone who has seen hardship more than likely will appreciate wealth more, not everyone, but most.

So what, Floyd has already lost more money than all of us combined will ever see or can imagine. Floyd's earning power will drop substantially after he loses but he will still be paid millions per fight just no where near as much.
If Canelo loses a close decision there will have to be a rematch on Cinco de Mayo because that PPV would be be bigger as long as they have another stellar undercard.
I agree with the majority that Floyd Mayweather Jr. will go broke or will have to downgrade his lifestyle in the future. I am going to go on a limb and say that no one on this site has seen the 30 for 30 "Broke" on Espn. The amount of athletes that go penniless is outstanding. I truly don't understand why these athletes don't stay in school and educate themselves. His monthly living expenses must be through the roof. All his houses must maintain insurance, maintenance fees, electricity fees and taxes every year. He has his normal expenses of food, car insurance, car maintenance and so forth. If he does happen to keep all his money in just one account then he must not have a good financial adviser. The FDIC will only insure a certain amount in each account. I don't know his bills but I do know that to maintain a lavish lifestyle, you need to earn a healthy wage.
as soon as he loses, his stock will drop drastically. hes not an exciting fighter to watch for one. Everyone wants to see him lose. Once that happens who many people you think will pay big money to watch a PPV event to what...see him lose again? Nobody will care anymore. All that life style all that gold digging and spending will go away soon. TMT is a joke for promotions. DLH will turn his back on him and Arum wont do business with him...who will he team up with...Shaw?
Couldn't have said it better, that's all it is, people just want him to lose and then nobody will care about him, I think if he wins this fight but struggles he should call it a day and try and keep his 0.
Not all kids want to carry on their parents legacy
We've heard stories of countless kids who are born into wealth and just give it up for some religious or spiritual awakening and others who turn to doing coke and crack, then you have those who want to spend all of daddies money
We all have a different outlook with money, some folks simply aren't driven by financial legacies.
Kids born into wealth will more than likely have less understanding of how hard it is to come by

If I had millions my kids standing on their own two feet wouldn't be enough, they'd have to be able to stand on their own two feet and carry my legacy. If not I'd adopt a child with the right traits.

Perhaps, you should do a little research before you write this nonsense. I am no fan of Floyd or his character but he is obviously not a moron. He wants you to believe all that stuff and obviously its working because you are proof of that. Read this article:
http://m.thepostgame.com/blog/dish/201309/floyd-mayweather-only-has-one-bank-account-and-its-got-123-million-it
Vladimir Klitschko regularly fights 3 times a year and ahs been for many years. Also he's older than Mayweather...
Wlad Klit fights bums and he himself is 6ft 7
Even Floyds worst opponent is better than most of Wlads resume
The fact Wlads best opponent is a pumped up cruiserweight called David Haye who only hand a handful of fights as HW, says it all really
If I was Wlad I would be fighting 5 fights a year because of all the bums in the HW division and I would make a killing without taking any punishment
If Tyson and Holyfield can burn through a combined net worth of nearly 900 million dollars, anything is possible.
Floyd is not Holyfield and Tyson.
Tyson got screwed by don king for most of his money. Tyson's career is similar to Pacquiao.
Both got screwed for millions by greedy promoters.
Floyd is his own promoter and controls the money. Goldenboy only gets a fee.
Holyfield has 9 children by different women who all get child support.
He also married a few and they get alimony.
Holyfield also got screwed by promoters.
Not saying that Floyd couldn't go broke, but he is not like those guys when it comes to getting his money from his fights.
I'm sure Floyd knows the fighters' mistakes of the past which is why he's surrounded himself with some advisors who have his best interests at heart.
He's milking the "Money" persona to the hilt.
Things would look different if he was constantly in the news for DUI arrests, getting in trouble with the law at every turn, showing up on TMZ after partying at all the Vegas clubs.
He appears to have his head on right.
Of course, shiet happens and he's not immune to misfortune. It can all eventually disappear in due time.
People get all caught up in what they see on the All Access episodes, which is
why most reality shows have a huge impact on audiences by effectively triggering their emotions to get them to keep watching. That is all.
People will always an opinion either way.
.
I dont think is is that intelligent, but has people around him making good business decisions for him. People who he pays a lot.
And it will be interesting to see how he handles getting older. he doesnt want to be old and still fighting, and always talks about his health, and his "0". But also loves his flashy lifestyle. Loves fighting, loves the spotlight.
Can he really stay away from the game when he is getting put down and losing?
I wouldnt be surprised if he does a Leonard, and retires after a tough fight he barley wins. Then comes back. Gets beat, retires again, comes back...etc etc.
I agree with all your comments except that "he loves fighting". He loves the money and the notoriety and the nightclubs and flashy life style and gold-diggers etc. He loves wearing gold chains big enough to hold an elephant, and gold rings that make his hands look deformed.
But a guy who, until he'd fought Guerrero had only had 5 fights in 7 years can't be said to "love fighting"....... This year will be the first in 7 years when he'll have fought twice in the one year, and we are all pretty sure that it was forced on him by SHOWTIME.

Honestly I would marry his personal cook in a heart beat. I've seen her up close and the woman is everything a man could want. Those other tricks are nothing more then strip ho's you see going up the elevator. Bet big money all of their numbers are on those card the littke Mexican people are handing out as you walk the strip.
