why hasnt gary russel jr done anything yet?

He's being milked more than jcc Jr...he seems he has the skills to be an elite fighter but they are bringing him IP one penny at a time

He has skills but hes too scared to take a step up. From what ive read and seen in interviews he has had left hand problems for the longest. Worst of all is the fact that hes actually right handed which would leave him off even worse as a one handed fighter with his dominant hand being out front.........or........hes just chicken shyt and waiting for the right opponent right opportu ity to position himself to face a weak champ and capitalize financially. Most likely a mixture of both
